Would you rather have a boy or a girl?

I don't want children, I can't stand them. But if I absolutely had to have one, I would definitely want a boy. I just have no idea what I'd do with a girl. I mean, I do relate to girls really well, but it would only be in the later on years that I would be of any use, whereas with a boy I could just jump straight in.

Boys are much easier to entertain and take care of. XD Hand them the football

You have no idea how disappointed my father was when he discovered that was not true :P

First of all, I want to have a little girl first, and then a boy around 5+ years later.

And yes, if your guessing, I have my whole practical life planned. :D

Well twins seem to play a sort of jumping trick in my family xD and by that pattern i'm likely to have some.
So if i had a choice i'd want one of each, just for the sake of having one of each :3 but if i was to only have one i'd want a girl. Mostly because i seem to get along with girls better xD football/violence/pretty much all masculine things aren't really my cup of tea xD

A boy obviously xD I can play Hockey with him, and other things I like to do which I can't do with a girl xD

I'd want to have a boy, mainly because I want to have a son that plays sports and does all that kind of stuff. I would want him to have the life I wish I had.

I'd rather have a daughter, that is if I ever choose to have children.

I don't know why, but I've always imagined having a daughter.

I've already thought of her name, either; Raven or Daphne.

I'm not sure I want to have kids, but if I do I think I'd like a girl and a boy. I don't really have major preferences, I'd love them all the same.

... I would not be too particular about it either way. Children are (usually) the result of oneself and one's beloved and thus I don't see too much of a problem with the child's gender, regardless of what it is.

If I were raising the kid with the father, it wouldn't even matter to me. If I were raising the kid alone, though, I'd rather have a girl, simply because it'd be easier for me to raise a girl than a boy, I think. I understand what it's like being a girl. :p

    Although tbh I don't think I want kids. o___O

I will ask for about 20 children to my wife in the future.

I prefer to have one of each boy and girl. But if I have to choose, I would choose to have daughter.

I don't really want kids either. Although I am certain I would prefer a daughter, simply because I connect far better with girls.

I'm not a huge fan of kids/babies but if I was to marry someone I would love to have a boy due to me being a tomboy I wouldn't mind getting my son some action figures but even if I did have a female I wouldn't mind either way.

I'd rather have a boy. Not fond of girls in general, don't wanna deal with "the talk", "woman time", her dating crazy hormonal boys, risk of teenage pregnancy (which is something that really bothers me), etc. However, I do like girls better when they're little. They don't really kill your energy like boys do, haha. But in the long run, I think it's harder to raise a girl. Not saying boys are that much easier though. Gotta teach'em not to be pigs running out and getting girls pregnant and what not. ...Okay honestly, I prefer no kids now that I'm rambling on about the negatives. lol Besides, I'm not running out and getting anyone pregnant any time soon. And I hope I don't get pregnant any time soon, otherwise I would be concerned and confused...lmao

I would really like one of each :) I don't prefer one gender over the other, I think raising a girl would be fun since i'm super girly myself. On the other hand, I have a younger brother and i've only ever babysat boys, so that's what i'm used to and I think they can be fun (when they're not making me wanna pull my hair out and cry because they're so rambunctious).

One of each sounds good to me.

I'd honestly prefer a girl. I realize girls are so much easier to raise and teach [Planning to homeschool here -- hurrdurr >__>]

But my best case scenario would be fraternal twins, one boy and one girl. I'd be able to make a Socratic-style environment for homeschooling and my last name would be passed on for eternity.

Or I can just have girls and threaten whoever they marry to make my last name dominant. looooooool
