We have been talking about Ash's Greninja's origin & design so much that we haven't ask the real question --

--1) What is the type of Ash's Greninja ? Is it Water/Dark type pokemon or gain a New type ?

--2) What is the ability of Ash's Greninja ? Does he has protein ability or still keeping Torrent ability ?

--3) Does Ash's Greninja learn new attack that ordinary Greninja can't learn ? Is that "Water Blade" happen to be his signature move ?

--4) Can Ash Greninja learn various Elemental attack like a Ninja ? Since Fictional Ninja can manipulate various element like Fire , Thunder , Earth , Wood & Water .

--5) What are those Icy Spike on Ash Greninja's back ? Are that a Large Shuriken or Twin Blade ? Does those spike gave Ash Greninja any new ability/Power ?

I heard a similar theory on youtube about the dog. Also this same person brought up that the dog could be made up of 10 blobs, and snake Zygarde could be made up of five dogs, and giant Zygarde could be made up of two snake Zygarde.

Actually , I though The Dog swallows Xerneas and Yveltal to reach its perfect form.
Since Fenrir swallow Obin whole.
It might also explain those Blue & Red pattern on Zygarde's wing.

1. Like you said, "Ashchu" has never appeared in game and we don't know if this Greninja is anime exclusive or not. Pointless comparison. Plus "Ashchu" was never revealed in a magazine.
2. Yes and Pikachu Thunderbolted a Rhydon to beat it, which you can't do in the games. What's your point? I'm well aware of the differences between the anime and the games.
3. The spiky-eared Pichu isn't based on a character that has never appeared in-game. It's a Pichu (which has already existed in games since gen II) with a different shaped eared. That's it.
And yes, the same thing goes for all the other main character's Pokémon in that it's all completely irrelevant and doesn't compare to a Pokémon that looks like it has fused with Ash.

if ash dose fuse with greninja it will either never make it to the games like with ashchu or come in the form of an event like the rest of em.

Now you're finally starting to understand.

they keep the canon spereated outside of a few nods back & forth, or would you rather believe that at any time someone could have just called gold up

Well since Gold appeared in game, if any of the main characters knew him then why couldn't they phone him up and have a conversation with him? Stupid point.

I think the issue with "Ash's Greninja" is that that is the name Corocoro gave it, so long as they refer to it differently in game I think people will be fine as there's no implication of an Ash.

Thank you! My point exactly. I've said from the start that IF it is as connected to Ash as they're making out, going as far as calling it "Ash's Greninja" or something and it's NOT just distributed as an event then that either won't make sense in game or it will mean Ash exists in the game universe. It wouldn't mean we'd ever meet Ash or anything. I was pointing it out as it'd be a little Easter Egg and a little wink and nod to the main protagonist of the Pokémon series that was taken far too serious by another user.

My only complaint is this... it would be weird trying to nickname the Zygarde Dog something like "Fido", "Ginger", "Scooby", and "Butch" because then it would morph into the snake and then into the Transformer. Lysandre is gonna get his butt curb-stomped by Scooby the Transformer of Magic Rainbows
honestly, butch fits well with snakes, dogs & giants.
though "butch the snake" sounds like a pro wrestler name.
or you could just call it snoop given how calvin's stage title has gone from snoop dog to snoop lion & is currently snoopzilla and the giant slug form dose seem to have a mane of sorts.
or you could just call it nue, the japanese mythical creature that has the body of a dog, legs of a tiger, face of a baboon, a snake tale & the voice of a thrush.
theres also those coyote/snake hybrids known as nightstalkers

I think what's interesting to note is that even though we got all these Zygarde forms revealed to us, nothing was mentioned about Zygarde's unreleased moves, Thousand Waves and Thousand Arrows. Because IIRC, weren't Kyurem's Freeze Shock and Ice Burn mentioned/revealed when Black and White Kyurem were revealed? I'm wondering if we'll either hear about those moves next month or if maybe there's more Zygarde Forms to come?

They should allow Mismagius to keep Levitate. That way it'll nullify Fighting, Normal, Dragon, and Ground type.

That's what I was thinking to keep Levitate with her. But there's always an option of a new ability that never got released for her instead of using an ability that already exist.

Out of the ones that exist now Levitate is the best for it. Now a new ability is a possibility but we've only seen new abilities mid Gen being given to legendary Pokémon so who knows.

What about Mega Honchrow? Or will it end up being like Sableye who's Mega came after it's version exclusive counterpart?

Well Kangaskhan got her exclusive Parental Bond ability via mega evolution, same thing could happen with Mega Mismagius.

Bad Dream would be good if the said Ability isn't Darkrai's signature's!

Competitive wise, they can give her Shadow Tag, Adaptability. :)
i'd say it would be moody, lol
anyway, how did you get your sig like that? i asked some else whose sig had the same effect with no response

I am pretty sure it'll be as awesome as Emerald and Platinum were. Maybe it's because I enjoyed those two and not W2 as much that I preferred a third version (or a prequel) than a sequel.

The reaction on here toward Pokemon Go seems to be the opposite at least that I've noticed. I like it how thus far I've only read (and made myself) Cell jokes and the like. Zygarde is similar to Kyurem but at the same time the blobs and the dog as well as the fact that it does reach it's Perfect forme makes it different enough in my book.

I'm really looking forward to the Z version. This will probably be the last Pokemon game I ever buy/play, so I'm looking to go all in with it. I'm going to finally try and complete the Pokedex as well as build my favorite mono-type team: Dark!

To that end, I have some hopes for the updated version.

1. More customization options. Maybe some slight facial customization.
2. Elite Four scaling, with updated teams over time.
3. More ambitious post game stuff. Either a new story arc and/or a better Battle Chateau. Really it does its job well enough, but it could be better.
4. A new post-game area with high level and unique Pokemon (compared to what was originally in X/Y). I like having those areas to train in and it makes me feel like Red in Gold/Silver when I can go someplace intense to train.
5. As a stretch goal, I'd really like to see Secret Bases lifted into Z. I know this is probably not going to happen, but the idea of being able to build your own pseudo gym was really sweet.
6. As a super stretch goal (I'm ambitious I know ha ha) I would like to see a new land mass added to the game. It doesn't have to be a new continent, that would be crazy, but this could maybe tie into #4 on my list. Maybe this new land mass would have something akin to the PWT or would have the upgraded Battle Chateau. I would like to see the new landmass have a main staging area with move tutors, TM kiosks, and the whole 9 yards. This area would also contain the PWT/Chateau stuff. The main island would contain a dormant volcano and inside would be Volcanion. This dormant volcano would also be the intense training place I referenced before. The cave would be like a maze and would contain some powerful trainers. You would also have a sort of tropical forest surrounding the volcano (think climbing to the Elite Four - caves lead out to open areas with grass and water) and the cave and the surrounding foliage would be packed with powerful and varied Pokemon.

Looking forward to the information that we'll get about the game going forward.

The thought of retiring from Pokemon after this game or games has crossed my mind too. But then again, I said that about Gen 5 and I ended up getting into Gen 6 anyways. I think I'm going to wait and see what the future holds for both Nintendo's upcoming NX and Pokemon before I make a permanent decision.

I believe with this third version some questions about the ghost girl and some other stuff in game like that text hidden in the train station will be answered.

i've been with it to long to back out, lol. it would just drive me nuts if i backed out & kept seeing releases. hell, its driving me nuts that i don't have an OR, AS, SSB4, or that link between world LoZ game among others from other series that i enjoy...

I have also. I thought of dropping it after what I felt was a lackluster end to Gen V but I stuck on to see my RSE remakes, XY made me feel worse, OrAs weren't what I expected/wanted...now let's hope "Z" doesn't make that option easier to take. I will also look at Gen VII before deciding...

lack of that much endgame content aside, x/y where awesome. nintendo was still playing around with the mechanics & such with x/y. needless to say, OR/AS would not be half of what they are without X/Y being done first.
that being said, X/Y need a patch done already and to stop being ignored so much in the event department

I thought X/Y were kind of lackluster also, but I still really like them and am hoping "Z" or whatever turns out even better. Like I said before, the 3rd versions usually end up being better than their duo games. For me dropping out of the games in the near future, it's going to be a lot more to do with "growing" out of it than the content and quality of the games. I've been playing since Crystal, and I've loved each game that I've played including X.

My biggest hope is that they give Diantha an expanded role. When Lysandre was (kinda) creeping on her when you first meet them and the fact that she uses Mega-Evolution and seems to have some extensive knowledge behind it, I thought for sure they were going to give her the Cynthia treatment, and was disappointed to find out that they didn't.

And this may be stretching it, but I'm hoping that Zinnia appears again and plays a role too... especially if Game Freak plans on expanding on the whole "alternate universe" schtick that she pulled in the Delta Episode, and she seems to know quite a bit about Kalos lore for somebody who's a native to Hoenn. This is something really interesting, but I remember seeing somebody point out how her battle theme music has elements of the stereotypical accordion music that's associated with France. And Kalos is based on France. It's especially prominent in the beginning:

Another hint I've thought of is that Zygarde is part Dragon type, but then that would mean she would have to appear in D/P remakes and B/W/BW2 remakes because their Trio's are Dragon types as well. I can see her in a D/P remake in that Team Galactic are trying to create a new "universe", and that's more her forte than Unova's lore.
