Yeah, Mamanbou is better, but people would learn to appreciate Luvdisc, the weakest Pokemon on Earth, that way.

And Futachimaru evoleves into Daikenki too, even though they're nothing alike.

i like almost all the new pokemon after being indiffernet to them for a while but where are people getting the moving sprites? ive seen sazando and gliscor/gligar and i want to see the rest

Ahh... probably should have waited to post the whole thing now, but ehh... I'm sure it'll be fine... xD;

Anyway, now that I've had some sleep, I can alk about the Pokemon I dislike... but before that, I think I missed Aaken and Aakeosu as Pokemon that I like from Generation V's assortment of 156. Archaeopteryx are awesome~

Onto those I dislike, the first is going to be Chaobuu and Emboar. I was REALLY hoping they were over the whole Fire/Fighting-type Starters thing with Infernape, but I was obviously wrong. I don't like the designs, and I don't like how some of the details were copy/pasted from Infernape. (Chaobuu's yellow chest patches, for one)

Minezumi/Miruhoggu. Not only does Miruhoggu seem to have always-hits Hypnosis Syndrome, it is practically a less fluffy Bidoof/Bibarel that's taller, has a thinner tail and has crazy eyes. I knew I wasn't going to like these Pokemon when I saw Minezumi... and their cry is slightly more tolerable than Bidoof's and Bibarel's. Only slightly.

I'm not fond of the elemental monkeys. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm kind of fed up of monkey-like Pokemon, thanks to Generation IV... I'd have much rather had a Red Panda Pokemon... or hey, even another Hedgehog Pokemon! That'd be pretty cool, huh?
*would still prefer the Red Panda, though*

I wasn't fond of Koromori when I first saw it, and I'm still not fond of it now; or am I fond of Kokoromori. It could just be the legacy that Zubat has left anyy form of bat Pokemon since Generation I talking there, but I just really don't like the designs. Generation VI will probably bring about an evolution for this Pokemon, but I'm probably wrong, lol

Dokkora and its evolutions. Ick. I don't know if people know, but I am not the biggest fan of Fighting-type Pokemon. Not even close. Dokkora and its evolutions have the whole Macho-line to them and I guess that's something I just don't like about them. At least they don't have the gormless expressions that the Macho-line have, and at least have some novelty in that the evolutions have red clown noses.

The 'legacy' of Water/Ground-types... is unfortunately a miss, here. They might be decent Pokemon to use, but I'm afraid I just really don't like their design.

Yup. Like someone mentioned before, Darumakka and Hihidaruma are two Pokemon I just don't like... and this isn't coming from the OHKO Flare Blitz did to me while it was raining. Really, its another Pokemon that somewhat resembles some form of monkey or ape, making the total monkey-like Pokemon in this Generation 8.
Ughh...

Zuruggu & Zuruzukin... just really not a fan. Though Zuruggu does kind of look entertaining for a second, with what it does in its animation. But only for a second.

Yabakuron and Dasutodasu are a bit of a flimsy concept to base a Pokemon on, aren't they? Toxic waste transformed garbage into a Pokemon? Whut? I think there's another Pokemon like that-- probably the Ice-types that look like Ice Cream, but I'll get to those next~

Banipucchi and its evolutions... lemme just get the Dex entry for Banipucchi, because... *reads the dex entry* ...ughh... okay... so icicles that bathed in the energy of the morning sun... turned into a Pokemon... pull the other one, Game Freak... D=

Gear and its evolutions! Start off with Gear, and each evolution involves the Trainer adding different parts to the Pokemon to make it look different! By the end, it just looks like a Gear that got trapped in a factory and when it pulled away, different components of the machine it was stuck in got stuck to it. Probably one of the most uninspiring designs this Generation...

Baruchai & Barujina. Kinda glad I got White, because their designs aren't all that great... xD;

Well this generation came along pretty nicely, as well. They have quite good designs.
My favorites:
Vicitini
Tsutarja family
Choroneko
Hiyappu and Hiyakki
Tabunne
Monmon
Churine
Marakacchi
Chirachiino
Swanna
Shibirudon
Oobemu
Shandera
Goruugu
Meloetta (Both formes)
Kerudio
And most of the rest of this gen have an ok design.

I actually REALLY like the Genie/Nimbus trio. Their tails are so cool and their battle animations make them more appealing.

I love Zorua and Zoroark (or whatev.) but I can't stand some others, which makes me not want to buy it...

Zoroark and Zorua got lost in the mix for me. They are not nearly as epic as they once were now that i've picked my favorites of Isshu.

I love Rankurusu and I always have ever since his picture was released. He's like some adorable embryonic jello thing and has pretty good stats to boot. I also really like the Yooterii family. They've been awesome for me in-game, especially after the third stage learns the elemental fangs. I love Yanakki's animation/sprite, but I haven't used him yet. I was planning on it but his stats were a bit disappointing so I dropped him for Doredia this time around. Goruugu is probably tied with Rankurusu as my favorite Gen V Pokemon just because he's a freaking robot that learns Fly.

As for my least favorites, I really hate the Tsutarja's and Mijumaru's last stage. I was planning on using Mijumaru once the starters were announced but after seeing his third stage I gave up on that idea. I don't like any of the legendaries, either. I don't like their designs or sprites - especially the genie things. It bugs me that they reused the same sprite three times and just added some variations to them. Aside from them, I pretty much like all the regular Pokemon, except maybe the vulture thing.

Likes:
Grass starter (corn snake?), water monkey, ice cream thing, the deer, the zebra, Murando (the Mutt-stache thing), "that purple Fight type with Regeneration and looks like its shirt is too big", the Grass/Steel, the candle ghost, Emonga, the Bug/Fire, the Electric fish-snake with Levitate, the new bat thing, the Nazca Bird thing (Psychic/Flying, Shinpora? Unown boss?)

Dislikes:
Snowflake (Ice with Levitate), Maggyo (Ground/Electric), pigeons, the red-eyed rodent thing, the Psychic alien thing that looks kinda like a Baltoy doll thing

I've taken a liking to a few more.

The pre-evo of Forever's favourite 5th Gen mon. Seriously? I love it.

Kinda reminds of Squirt from Finding Nemo :)

It's not fully evolved, but it looks like it's going to crush you.

Fluffmon! I like Jumpluff, but I like this more now.

I like this - pretty cool. Going to use it at some point.

Another Fire/Fighting starter. Really? At least Emboar's moveset overshadows its knock-off typing. Boiling Water, Rock Slide, Wild Volt..win. These Pokemon are neutral to me.

I love Boappu but this is just horrid. The sprite looks completely unproportional. It's very scary. This Pokemon is horrible to me.

Very creative, I love it. That is all.

This has been getting a lot of hate, and even though it looks like an emo floating snow flake I like it. It's not that bad of a concept. It's just..a bit strange.

Best Pokemon ever. The end.

Is this the only pure Dragon type without an evolution/pre-evolution that isn't a legendary. Personally, I think the design is really bad. They focused to much on the "classic" dragon style. It needs to be interesting. This is just..strange, and not in a good way.

Zoroark and Zorua got lost in the mix for me. They are not nearly as epic as they once were now that i've picked my favorites of Isshu.

I tend to forget about them, and the fact that you have to get Event Pokemon to the game just to get them really annoys me. I don't mind doing an event to catch them, I actually love it... but this one is just too ridiculous for a Pokemon that's not even a Legendary. That said, I do really love their designs though, and they're definitely favorites of this region for me. I just wish getting them wasn't so annoying. :/

I can't believe I just saw this, really.

I mean, WTF! It's horrible.

It doesn't look like a Pokemon.... If I didn't know about B/W and I saw it, I would never have know it was meant to be a Pokemon. It looks like something you would see in Kirby or Yu-Gi-Oh.

Please find an actual definition of what a Pokemon should look like. Oh, wait, there isn't one? That must mean Pokemon can look like anything! *gasp*

So, saying a Pokemon doesn't look like a Pokemon makes no sense.

So if Homer Simpson became a Pokemon you wouldn't say it doesn't look like a Pokemon?

Just because pokemon "can look like anything" doesn't mean certain pokemon don't "look" like pokemon.

That's a completely unrelated thing, thanks for creating an over-exaggerated example that does nothing but help my case.

And yes, it does mean exactly that.

Actually no it doesn't. There would be a certain boundary of what a pokemon is meant to look like, it just cant look like absolutely anything. The actual pokemon can be based on anything, but it can't just look like something off Loony Tunes or Super Mario.

All I was saying anyway that it looks like something that would be on Yu-Gi-Oh not pokemon.
