Actually, on the what's a Pokemon discussion what makes a Pokemon is the thought put into it. If you've noticed, Digimon look VERY different from Pokemon, no matter what you say.

Also, I think Iwasepesu is kinda weird, since he's being held down by a part of the earth...

I know that Digimon look very different to pokemon..... You just helped my point dramatically. I was trying to say that all along. That a pokemon that looks like Digimon doesn't look like a pokemon because digimon has a completely different feel to it, and their character designs are slightly different.

Pokemon are looking weirder and weirder. But at least their origins are pretty interesting... right? ._.

I never said that they looked like Digimon. I just said that one of them looks like a Kirby character.I dont know WTF you are on about, but you need to go and look up in a dictionary what an opinion is.

I can't decide whether I should catch the following pokemon: (because I think they look weird as hell and ugly to boot)

Dokkora, Otomaro, Nageki, Dageki.

I feel like if Nageki/Dageki aren't rare and semi-useful in the 2nd gym battle I will not be feeling so conflicted on whether to catch one.

Some people say Dokkora and Otomaro are strong pokemon.

..But.. they are fugly. Opinions on whether I should catch them anyway since they're useful?

Its rockyness confuses me .BUT it is actually really strong. Bad speed is made up with its pro defence and pretty good, attack and HP. Me likey. Though it cant learn Surf obviously.

I love the idea of this one. I'm loving the looks of it too. :D

Hmmm. Well as a whole, I'm pretty impressed with all the new Pokemon, much more impressed than I was with the D/P Pokemon.

I honestly can't pick a definite favourite, but I would say that Pokabu, Birijion, and Erufuun stand good good chances at winning.

I can not stand eel's, and I do not know what compelled Game Freak to make an eel evolution line. They make me cringe. ;-;

This should be Xatus Evo.

Xatu is based on a Native American totem pole, whereas Shinpora seems to be based on the Nazca Lines in Peru, so that wouldn't make much sense.

i dont understand what these are meant to be. They are so bland..

Judging from its Pokedex info, it seems to be a reference to the Roswell, New Mexico incident.

I, for one like those Pokemon; they look really cool. Also, they don't really resemble eels to much, but a lamprey. :/

I hated most of them at first but after looking at them there good(except for the icecream and lame legendaries). I esp like the trashbag poison type :)

My favorite out of all the new B/W Pokemon is Ononokusu. Its shiny form looks a lot better than its regular one though.

It's actually a bug-type ninja. I didn't really like it at first, but then I found out that it evolves by trading with the pre-evolution of this:

The metal shell gets transferred from one Pokemon to the other during the trade, which is a pretty cool idea even if the evolutions now look so different from the originals.
