I found this moveset from the Smogon website. The Utility Support moveset seems to be the best option.

You could replace Volt Switch with U-turn if you think your...
Take Down is one attacking move I never put on my Pokemon, especially when Return becomes available as a TM.
AFAIK, this move only works in Doubles. It postpones the target's action to make it move last. I don't see any point in that move, especially when you consider its absence of priority...
I voted Elesa and Clemont. (Am I the only one who likes Clemont?) Elesa's such a pretty girl for a gym leader, as well as holding the distinction of being the only female Electric Gym Leader. As for Clemont, I'm always amused by his failed attempts to make science experiments while I'm watching...
Maybe if Pokemon were all the same type we can consider it the "WORST Pokemon Team". Let's see...
Raticate
Spinda
Watchog
Furret
Slaking
And for my legendary:
Regigigas
The first four have low stats, while the latter two have goddamn awful abilities.
I don't know which Pokemon are available in ORAS, but Skitty and Plusle are not very good choices to battle the Elite Four. Skitty's evolution has a lousy Base Stat Total as well as Plusle. Keep in mind also that you will be facing the Champion Steven right after the Elite Four. Any Fire-types...
I used to play Gen V so many times doing the challenges; but now, I find that going through the dialog again and again on every restart makes the process boring. I still have those games, but I'm not playing them very much these days.
Contrary to popular belief my favorite would be Brycen. I always loved his cool design and the fact that I'm fighting against one of my favorite types, the offensively gifted Ice-typing - Despite being too easy with just plain Ice-types I've always enjoyed a nice, quick, offensive gym battle...
I always assumed that any and every Pokemon colored black must have the additional dark-typing. The scatterbug evo-line for example would've made a rather interesting Bug/Dark dual-typing. Zebstrika is also desperate for the added Dark typing. Dark/Electric would made a great offensive combo...
I've always found Croagunk to be somewhat creepy, thanks to its strange looking design, especially the eyes, orange fingers and what looks like a bandage around its waist.
For me, it depends on which Legendary Pokemon it is. Back in Generation 5 I encountered Zekrom, and found him quite easy to catch with a couple Ultra Balls. If it's any other Legendary I'd rather use my Masterball instead.
The only Generation I played was Gen. 5 and I sure remember that Dowsing Machine. However, the thing that annoyed me was that I always forget you had to be next to the item rather than on the item to pick it up. Still, a very useful feature and I liked the cool sound effects too.
A lot of new Megas have been released this year for ORAS, so let me ask the same question. Which ones do you think look the ugliest?
Mega-Glalie wins my vote by a long shot. I mean, look at the "stubble". That spiky black beard looks grim, especially when accompanied with two spikes cutting...
I guess the reviewer's thought in their mind that Water is such a restricted area, and that it can't be accessed without picking up a certain Pokemon that knows Surf. Well, just get a Water-type that knows Surf! Simple as that.
The Hoenn region. Mostly by what PeithArchia said. Also, I love the names of those cities, such as Lilycove, Sootopolis and Fortree. I was close to going for Unova because of the many bridges, but the fact that it looks almost symmetrical doesn't make it look that interesting.
