why is your Weavile Quirky instead of Jolly/Adamant? you could use Stealth rock on Swampert as it's last move your Snorlax, should be a curselax, and I think that it needs a STAB move somewhere in it's M/s(Body Slam) but it doesn't look too bad... you could get a Rapid spinner, or...

Ok, so say that you used Action Replay to get like straight 31's in all stats, but still Ev'ed them and such until you got to the legal max(510 ev's). is that still concidered hacking?
