I tried it for a while a few years back since everyone else in my class were playing it, and I found it very boring. I still don't understand how people find MMORPGs fun-there's nothing to motivate you into doing anything.

I've heard about it, and I want to at least try out Earthbound if it ever comes to the Virtual Console. It sounds really interesting. I bet other people know this series, too, since Ness was a character in Super Smash Bros.(Melee), and Lucas will be one in the Wii game SSB:Brawl.

Bibarel, of course. Rock smash, Rock climb, Strength and Cut. Covers all the basic ones, with Surf on Empoleon and Fly on Staraptor.(yes, my Staraptor sucks.) You don't really need Defog or Waterfall with you all the time. Heh, I still remember my old friend who used the Mew he got in his Blue...

Funny, all three of my favourite pokemon come from the 3rd gen. Not that any of the 1st or 2nd gen ones are bad. Or 4th for that matter. I actually think that all pokemon are fairly well designed. They're all based on some animal, myth or other object or whatever and are quite clever overall...
