    do you get annoyed if you see someone around PC too often, or making constant posts/threads?

    Or someone irl that always seems to appear and be annoying?
     
    Nah not really. Someone likes their section enough to fill it up with posts? That's great! Assuming they're good posts, anyway. People who just spam one-liners everywhere for the sake of postcount+1 are a little bit annoying since generally they don't add very much to the discussion, but otherwise, it's fine in my eyes.

    If it's just me I sometimes feel a little awkward (like now lmao) because really it just looks like I'm begging for attention in my head but if someone else does it, I'm not at all bothered. I mean, just because someone likes the section doesn't mean that no-one else can post in it. The "New Thread" button is there for everyone, not just one person, after all.
     
    Yes. There are four specific people (two of which don't post in OVP much, one of which seems to post in all the threads with half-ass responses, and the other has posts that just annoy me for no good reason) that make me roll my eyes when I see they posted something. But I'm sure I have that affect on people as well!! Offline I don't have an issue with people who may be annoying, because I myself can be very annoying from time to time!
     
    Two people on PC (one who is just plain rude/annoying and another that just posts everywhere I look but isn't rude in any way; just the look of their posts annoy me).

    As for real life there is one or two certain people I just hate to see, but they know not to bother me so it's okay I guess.
     
    I don't particularly like my posting habits very much if that counts.
     
    I usually dislike seeing the same person posting a ton of threads in a certain section, if they are bad and don't promote any good discussion, or are just stupid...or lock worthy, in the wrong section, etc. And I think I know who Nick is talking about with the half ass replies...and I agree lol. I hate seeing the same people post like that, cause I mean, it IS always the same people.

    As for irl omg my friend pointed out this huge trumpet player at practice one time, and now I see him everywhere. Not annoying me, just weird haha.
     
    It depends on the person. The simple fact that I see a person everywhere doesn't really annoy me; it's more if the person is someone who bothers me and is everywhere. People who post a lot I take notice of and investigate to see if they're spamming (and if not I'm usually just like "wow"), but otherwise I don't bother with.

    No one on PC bothers me much because if they do, well, I can just ignore their posts.

    At work though there are a few people who bug the stuffing out of me and I see them almost every day. They aren't bad or obnoxious people really. I just don't have anything to say to them and don't care about what they talk about.
     
    Not so much here, but there's a couple members on Bulbagarden Forums who are annoying me with their constant thread-making. >>
     
    They say patience is a virtue, and it seems to be one of the few that I actually have. So yeah, nobody annoys me on PC, or in real life either. Even people that seemingly everybody get annoyed with, I generally am ok with them, unless they have done something really bad directly to me.
     
    There has been that occasional one who has annoyed me for posting to much one liners. I get pretty annoyed at one liners which have no meaning. Although there are a few who I've seen all over the place but I actually do enjoy their posts. Maybe cause I feel their personality in the posts or their posts makes me laugh or such.
     
    On PC, what annoys me is whenever I see people not using right grammar. Offline, I get annoyed by people who constantly remind me to do my work.
     
    Yes, a lot.

    There's this guy that fits the exact description over at another forum. He posts way too much and his posts are usually worthless, short, one-line, not contributing to discussion, bad grammar and spelling... He's the worst poster I've seen to not be trolling, and post a hell of a lot, more than anyone I've seen.

    I get really annoyed when I see people copying what the above posters say. Idk but it really annoys me. ;~; And I'm sure that I annoy others too 'cause my posts sucks.
    Irl, my sister always annoys me 'cause she's born to be annoying. >.<
     
    Off the top of my head, I can think of 3 specific people on PC that really annoy me in this way. One of them contributes virtually nothing to whatever topic's they post in, and they are everywhere, they are always, they are no one.

    The second is even worse, and used to post in pretty much every topic in the sub-forums I inhabit, but I haven't seen them for ages, which is good because it got to the point where simply seeing their avatar filled me with frustration. Every post was as minimal as possible, and pretty much blatantly ignored every other post in the topic. I dunno, their posts almost had some kind of ethereal troll quality to them, if I'm making any kind of sense.

    The third doesn't appear as often as the others, but the content of their posts, for various reasons, never ceases to irritate me. Everything they post is filled with some kind of misjudged arrogance... urgh.

    However, seeing someone's posts EVERYWHERE isn't an inherently bad thing to me. There are quite a few users here whose posts I distinctly look forward to reading. Hope that doesn't sound creepy!
     
    Yeah I definitely get annoyed by people on PC, but usually because of the things they say and not how often they post or how often I see them around.
     
    Not really I don't normally get annoyed at people. I can only think of one guy who annoys me every time he posts. They're always small one liners that hardly contribute to the topic and are about half-way on topic.

    If the topic was what OS do you use they might say something like "I feel sorry for anyone who uses Vista"
     
    There are about five posters that irritate the hell out of me with their one line answers and their incessant ability to be everywhere I am with their obnoxiousness. I really don't like them. And at least one of them has posted in this thread. Kidding! Or am I?
     
    Not as much as it used to, I'm usually more concerned with my own agenda at the time to worry about the posting habits of others anyways.
