According to Serebii, the last time that something new for the main series was revealed at Gamescom was Mega-Audino for ORAS. It's Morimoto, who's in charge of the battle system, so I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the new super-moves mechanic. It might even be a new Mega too, since technically Mega-Evolution is a battle mechanic and not just a new Forme change for Pokemon.

Boy, the news just keeps on hitting. I love when a developer tells you almost everything before a release, simply because it gets me more excited.

If CoroCoro reveals separate new information to the trailer on the 12th then August is going to be an insane month for S/M news. Since CoroCoro does leak around that date I'd expect the news to be similar or identical to the trailer, but you never know..

Starters are a possibility.
I doubt they would confirm the whole list though :O that would be crazy.

I agree, revealing the whole roster officially at this point is a joke because some new Pokemon are always kept under wraps until their generation's games are officially released. The thing we have to look for in CoroCoro and in Friday's trailer is any of the names or type combinations from the list.

Indeed. I personally don't think it's real, but even 1 pokemon could prove the entire list.

I think they should focus on different aspects of the game rather than new Pokemon. It really seems like lately they have been heavily pushing the new Pokemon which has totally diverted the interest of the characters and new features. It's great to see so many new Pokemon in such a short time, but now I'd love to see the rest of Alola and perhaps the Evil Team.

When should we get the CoroCoro leaks?

The leaks should be out any day now. The official Corocoro date for this month is the 12th, and as stated somewhere else, we usually get leaks anywhere between 3 to 8 days before they are released, I am expecting the leaks late tonight or early tomorrow.

Corocoro and the new news come out on the same day officially.

I agree that I don't think it's real here. I'll have an open mind if the Pokedex turns out to be true, but just because ONE pokemon is right doesn't mean ALL of them are. It's possible that there are some Pokemon that won't be included in the final game. Turtouga was supposed to be in Gen 2 but we didn't get it until Gen 5. It's whole-heartily possible that some of the Pokemon may be true, we need to keep in mind that they may not be.

Plus, the leak came from 4-chan and that's the last place I trust for information. Even if it's partially true, I'd take it with a grain of salt.

Wondering if I should really be hyping myself up for CoroCoro, Joe Serebii on Twitter seems to be heavily insinuating that it will be the same stuff we got on August 1st, which was the Z-moves, riding Pokemon, a couple of new 'mons, and Alola Formes. But yet, where would that leave the next video batch due out the same day as CoroCoro?
