Something similar happened to me. I lost interest after X/Y but then regained interest next year.

Eh, I only used emulators to play that game when I was into Rom hacking forever ago.

Well now you get to experience Gen 3! But with a lot of cool new features. I'm honestly really happy with how the game turned out all things considered.

I'm also really happy with the fact that I can actually name the character after myself, haha.

I loved that game! Particularly when I was still into the Pokemon Anime.

I've actually owed at least one Pokemon gave from every generation (Not counting X or Y) since I'm such a big fan of the games. It's been a huge nestolgia trip for me since I was such a huge fan of the games back when I was about 6 I think.

I already owned the original Sapphire, so I'm glad that I got Omega Ruby since I can just transfer the exclusives to my new game.

I'm still waiting for Pokemon Omega Ruby to finish updating. I got that game for Christmas so I'm pretty happy now.
