  • Aside the messed up stomach, I'm generally fine. :)

    With XY's numerous disappointment elements, are you still going to buy the next installment? :) If it ends up just as bad as XY or even worst, is it going to affect if your love and support for Pokémon?
    Don't tell me, tell the other fan kids out there. {XD} I don't believe the 'new games rewriting the old ones' theory, unless Game Freak themselves stated it. I don't even get how this theory works, or prolly I'm that stupid, haha!~

    My theory is definitely not perfect, but at least it's still organized in it's own way. {XD}

    Thanks for helping that fella. ;)

    How have you been lately? :)
    I think you can help this person.~

    Fans mostly overwrite the canon with the deluxe versions or remakes. For example Ruby and Sapphire's canon is overwritten by Emerald, while Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire overwrite Emerald's. Which is uh... Confusing.

    I believe they are all canons, the initial pairs are exact parallel universe to one and another. The is confirmed by an NPC in Opelucid City. While the Trainers in White Forest (White) and Black City (Black) further verified this point by saying they wanted to go to the White Forest if they are in Black City, the opposite is true.

    My theory is all the initial pairs shares the same timeline, for example Ruby with Diamond and Sapphire with Pearl.

    Or maybe they are stories that are being 'told' by different people, hence the minor difference yet major similarities in games like Platinum, Diamond and Pearl. Just my two cent. {XD}
    Yeah, the differences between the initial pairs (aka the alpha/beta pairs), the deluxe versions (or if you prefer calling it third version or full version) as well as the slight difference between the originals and their remakes.

    Chill, chill! I showed you the thread for amusement only! {XD} Didn't the thread give you a good laugh? ;)
    What is your head canon on Bruno? In the games we are barely told much about him other than that he trained with Brawly (who never mentions him...not even in Emerald or ORAS).
    Gahahaha! Say you miss the old man! {XD}

    Apparently Game Freak isn't good with keep up with consistency. I'm not sure how other companies works when it comes to sequel and consistencies (please free to enlighten me). In my situation as a writer, I have a separate note to keep tracks of the details. For example, there's a page for a town's events, locations and even other minor but important details. Supposedly, Game Freak should have a Data Base of sort, either digital or hand written, so they wouldn't be able to make these sorts of careless mistakes.

    Look at this thread, it's gonna crack you up! {XD}

    Oh and all the 'Kanto tags' from Pal Park in HGSS were removed. Well that is sorta understandable, but I was expecting them to have some sort of machine (a la Poké Transfer from Gen V) and called it Time Capsule as a reference from GSC. It feels very disturbing like FRLG has completely lost its use: most Kanto Pokémon can be found in the Johto remakes, that's also why the dual-slot feature almost vanished. I believe it's actually possible to create something akin to the the Memory Link from BW to B2W2. :(

    One of the very few references from FRLG is Silver and Giovanni's relationship, but that is only an event that requires a special Celebi. Yeah I know, regardless it is event or not, it is still a canon but... I don't think everyone has access to that Celebi. :(

    Silly, you should have brought those Cerulean Cave maps here! {XD}

    Lemme present you to an another inconsistency. The NPCs throughout the Battle Area 'region'(?) said their land isn't part of Sinnoh. But you know what? A Hiker from B2W2 made a remark between Stark Mountain and Reversal Mountain and he explicitly said that Stark Mountain from the Sinnoh region.
    They completed focused on the 'GSC remake' thing, while throwing out the FRLG. Ironically, HGSS was marketed as FRLG sequel in Japan, during the early trailer days of HGSS. *roll eyes*

    Is there any valid reason to wipe out that poor girl? Like you know, was she hated among the fandom, globally or in Japan?

    The names Red and Green were references to the very first games, that is why the boys are called Red and Blue in the international. But since there's no WaterBlue, they should have retconned it to Red and Green, as you suggested.

    Game Freak is now officially The Master of Inconsistency for me. {XD}
    Correct me if I'm wrong, the NPCs from HGSS explicitly said that a boy (or something like that) disbanded Team Rocket, right?
    I think that the reason for why wealthy people act snobby is because they are raised to think that, rather than the wealth itself making them like that, Lance's parents could've been those "rare hen's teeth" who taught their son to be compassionate. Clair is interestingly more snobby than her cousin...
    I thought Sinnoh was the most Rural region, at least everyone who dislikes it says that it was too rural compared to the more industrial Kanto, Kalos, and Unova, or the biome diverse Hoenn, or Johto which they apparently see as "urban"...
    I think it's a good thing that even if he came from wealth and privilege that he doesn't act like it, it makes him more heroic when you think about it, someone who renounced that to make it to the top on his own merit.
    Well it is her home...but she could've sent trainers who looked up to her (like how the gym leaders have the gym trainers) to deal with any possible grunts that may reemerge. I think instead she stayed back and taught her people how to battle so that they can protect 4 Island in her absense. If we ever go back to Kanto/Johto in a non Gen I/II remake I'll like to see her regain her spot with. Maybe Tuxedo Mask has replaced Sabrina as she appears in B2W2 as an actress.
    That's true, with Whitney and Clair being the worst of the three "issues" as Jasmine was taking care of her Pokemon and didn't want to leave it's side, while the other two simply acted like children...

    I see it more as Karen replacing Lance rather than any of the two girls (meaning the three were replace with members of the opposite sex). I wonder why GF decided to replace those two in Gen II...especially considering that Lorelei is young and Agatha seems like the type that would rather die than give up her position (perhaps she did die, but I would imagine her good friend Oak would mention something). GF tried to remedy this in FrLg, but it was dumb seeing how the player got rid of Team Rocket in the Sevii islands...now if only we could've returned to 4 Island to see what Lorelei was doing...
