Ive not been playing Pokemon at much lately tbh, Ive fully done the Kalos Pokedex on X and am working toward the national dex, as for AS I just need the last few pokemon to complete the Hoenn dex. Its just getting back into the swing of things to be honest, I may try and get back into AS soon.

I find the worst seem to be bright greens, blues and oranges lol

Erm I think yours is ok, Black backgrounds tend to be ok, but some bright coloured back grounds really hurt my eyes lol.

Each of your Pokemon games has a shiny value attached to it that you can't see and each egg has its own shiny value, too. If the egg's shiny value matches your trainer's then it will be guaranteed to hatch shiny. There are ways of figuring out your SV and some people offer services to see yours by setting up a trade (but not actually trading). If someone has an egg with the shiny value of 120 and yours is 120, they'd trade it over and it would hatch shiny for you! so it's pretty awesome

It can be a little hard at first, we've all been there at some point. I'd recommend joining some clubs in the Pokemon Clubs or Fan Clubs & Groups board, they're more tight-knit forums where you can meet people with similar interests. :3 You can always talk to Dragon too, he's always willing to talk! But a lot of others are too, he just sticks out with how friendly he is haha

Yeah it definitely is! I have an easier time replying to casual chats through visitor message. That and sometimes the forum doesn't notify me when I get PMs.. oof :(

It's probably a bit easier to chat here, since I'm used to using my PMs for forum questions and other issues eheh. and yeah Showdown has a great and very easy to use team builder - I love it.
