Uhhh. No where I've seen uses serebii tier list. But Garchomp is uber. And is everywhere on this site. I haven't seen it non-uber anywhere.

You may want to cut the tournament down to one group of 8 and just hold a small tournament. PC hasn't seemed as active lately. I know college students are finishing up finals so maybe once they are done things will get active again.
