I went into the underground got into 1 wild pokemon battle and I was so shocked and sad because rival's first pokemon was lvl 30 (on team with me), I was like Oh boy lol.

In addition, the trainer levels between the third and fourth gym were only lvl 10-12 so I couldn't really train my pokemon to be ready for the 4th gym.


My current team is cubone lvl 20, croconaw lvl 23, staravia lvl 23, duskull lvl 22, cacnea lvl 19, koffing lvl 21

ok okay so then there is a legit reason why it's like that. I thought there might have been a bug.
I am currently done all the gyms and are on the badguys part afterwards. I noticed though that the levels of the trainers around the conduct gym (4th for me) was not similar to the levels the gym and the trainers had (lvl 22-26, 32 ace) so I don't know because you said the game was made that the trainers would be adjusted based on order of gyms. I might be wrong and if so, sorry then. My pokemon levels are only like 19-24 and I beat the normal gym due to having duskull so her pokemon couldn't do anything lol. I barely won.

So I did spot something very odd with the rival battle in cycling road. The wurmple was only lvl 6 or 7 while the starly is 17 and charmander is 23 (should be charmeleon no?) This is very odd levels difference. Just thought you should know. I'll post another VM here if I spot anything else.

I use the default call for scenes like teached in Essentials "advanced" file (the last topic).
But I made a heavy edit to put it working well in one screen game.

To put it in your game copy the text in spoiler in zingzags topic and paste in a new script above main.
Put an event command "Script..." (the last command) and put in:

scene=SceneHoF.new
screen=HoFScreen.new(scene)
screen.pbStartScreen
