I have a question about the Art section: my friend and I have an animated fan project that we're looking for volunteers for. Are we allowed to post our request in the section, as well as post a link to the Discord page? Thank you.
The NES version of Lost Levels, by far. At least the SNES saves your progress every level; when you get a game over on the NES version, it sends you back to the beginning of the world. I believe I managed to get as far as 8-3 on the Virtual Console (with the use of warps), which is pure murder.
Has anyone played the Newgrounds game "Story of the Blanks?" It's quite interesting, and the use of NES limitations is impressive, but I will say no more:

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, of course.
When I was a little kid, I would've killed to see a Sonic film, oblivious to the OVA that was released in the US in 1999.
This is a tough question. If I can only choose one character from any series, it would have to be Lennie from Of Mice And Men, portrayed as a large, dark-brown earth pony with a vacant stare. It would be interesting seeing the dynamic between him and characters such as Pinkie Pie (someone who's...
Guess where I was yesterday!
As for favorite songs, that's a tough one. The bits I've heard of "At the Gala" were incredible, but "Art of the Dress," "Winter Wrap Up," and any of Pinkie Pie's songs are among my favorites.
This is a tough one, although I'd have to say Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, Pinocchio, and The Great Mouse Detective are among my favorites
As fun as the bug catching competitions were, I did it mainly for the Sun Stone and Pinsir (awesome Pokemon). It was certainly unique, though, and it was far less frustrating than the Safari Zone, even though the judging can be quite stupid.
Currently, I am using Firefox, having switched from a failing Safari (which was moreso the problem of my aging Mac than the browser itself) and used it ever since. It's faster and safer than IE, and the WOT add-on is a life saver. There are a few quirks I don't like, such as the "Firefox is...
Unless if it's a "lesser" legendary like Moltres or Regirock, definitely not; they just make the game too easy. They do make great assets for trading, seeing how I got a female Salamence for a Dialga in Diamond's GTC.
I don't miss it, only because I still have the cartridge with me.
Some things I like about it are that it has better Pokemon designs (even though I like the ugly-cool designs of the older games), and all three starters can be obtained. I also like how the gym battles were redesigned to...
Seeing this thread reminded me of my initial reaction to Fire Red. When I first played, I was underwhelmed by the difficulty and the pacing of the game. The presentation also felt bland, and lacked the spice of Ruby and Sapphire. Its tendency to aggressively help the player (the LR buttons, the...
It also says that for Snorlax, of all Pokemon. The older games were not known for their logic.
I'd say Articuno was the most difficult to capture in both the originals and FR/LG; that thing just does not want to be caught. I was always lucky with capturing Zapdos, even in FR/LG. I never reached...
When I first played it, the boulder puzzle in Seafoam Island gave me the most trouble. I remember having to ask my brother's friend for help getting past that part.
Rock Tunnel was pretty hard without Flash, but still manageable with memorization, patience, and careful attention to graphics and...
