Sounds good! Glad things are going well. I think weddings are a lot more fun (for me, at least) when you know the bride and/or groom - I'm dragged to a lot of weddings where I don't know anyone, and those are usually kind of boring, but my cousin got married last month so it was nice to actually care about the people getting married and even get a little sentimental when the slideshows and toasts come out. :P

Also, some suggestions for Food Fight! I think a classic, easy one could be Coffee vs. Tea (surprised it's not done yet!) or if that's too boring, Sweet vs. Salty Popcorn?

Aw thanks man. :) The thing was almost as old as I am, so really it lived longer than it had any right to. Plus the tubing in the back was beginning to erode, not to mention cosmetic damage, and a few other plumbing issues connected to it. But at least there wasn't any long term water damage in the house as a result! So it could certainly be worse.

It's having to buy a new washer/dryer combo that's the real financial nut punch. But this is what we save money for, amirite? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Wellllll, as of right now even though the cancer spread, the count is so low my mom doesn't need radiation or chemo! I signed the lease on my new apartment, I go to Montréal this weekend, and I get a new kitty soon! I'll take those as wins :) how have you been doing?

Haha, I've been good, got a man, got a job, got cats, got a home etc etc. Everything is great tbh, and I'm glad that I can end every day with appreciating what I've got instead of wishing with sorrow or jealousy for even more. It's just a bit... Now what? Kinda. Haha. It this how life will be for the next forty years? XD not that I'd mind, I guess. Need to keep setting new goals for myself, is all.
