I appreciate the reminder to update my Challenge thread! Since it has been buried in the Challenges list, I haven't really updated it as recently as I should. That said, I'm here everyday (if not, every other day) and think that I can still have the responsibility of the thread.

If I had neglected it for even longer than March, I would give you the keys to the thread without any hesitation. To be honest with you, I'm too new to the Forums to know how giving the thread to other users works. Maybe I should have thought of that before taking ownership of this thread!

In a situation where this happens again, you'll be the first on my list for takng the thread. Thanks for taking the time to inform me, and I will consider everything you said. As for now, I will keep the thread and update it when necessary.

I'm pretty unsure on the signup... Originally I had thought that once a player had finished his part he would put the save file as an attachment on a post... Then the next player would post like "I'm taking the Baton now!"

But the way you are explaining would maybe give some more security on the fact that your challenge gets picked up... Maybe we should include a form on joining without having a partner ready then?

The next time you bring in a Pokemon for The Great Pokemon Battle, you should look at the Hall of Fame and Box of Shame lists, so that you know which Pokemon can still be picked.

Syd is okay with it, she passed me the ownership because she wanted to make another version of the hunger games challenge herself but she wanted to keep the original one too (yours) so people could get a chance to play it themselves :)

Hey, I know being able to do videos is exciting, but can you please still include something about your progress in you posts, like what gyms you beat? Updating the threads takes long enough without sitting through a video to figure out how many badges you earned.

Patience. That and I advertise in my Sig with a direct link. I also encourage people in chat rooms who are bored to play challenges. But I don't know if you're in any of the IRC chats that PC has. Also a good idea to have a nice looking thread. That was the first thing I did when I took over Monotype was completely overhaul the appearance so it didn't just look like a ton of spoilers. It doesn't have to have CSS, just be organized in a good way and have good flow.

Looking at the thread, I'm glad that it's no longer a monotype. That was my biggest problem with the challenge when it first started. It was just a Monotype where you didn't pick the type you were using.
