i was just privately hired to be a waiter for some event for a family friend's mother's friend's daughter's wedding lunch thinger. If I do well, then I will be recommended and also those attending will see me doing well and maybe even hire me.

I am currently privately contracting my services at $15/hour which is really cheap. After this, I plan on learning how to do art with vegetables for place settings so I can be worth more. Cause I have to make up for the fact that its illegal for me to mix alcohol. All I would have to do is follow instructions, but its illegal.

I dont believe he has run into that problem. Scheduling and even expansion is a thing, ya know! To be fair, I dont know the size of his hospital. Sure, he can't treat everyone, but for the ones he can, they can enjoy lower prices and higher quality.

I dont know how to describe it, but the "healthcare market" in the US heavily intertwines politics and corporate aspects, which is dangerous. Basically, people lobby to the government for monopoly positions in the market and can jack up prices. Its nasty and immoral by any standard.

There is actually a hospital and man that found a way to lower prices and actually make it competitive despite all the regulations and monopolies. Their prices are incredibly low compared to the other hospitals and they even attract many people from Canada.
