Yes, I am the owner of NeoEras xD and There are scattered custom tiles in the game, however most of the basics, such as palm trees, can be found by other tile artists. However the ones that are custom aren't meant for other people's use.

Yes although it was quite a long time ago. He told me to familiarize myself with mapping in RMXP but he hasn't given me any specific work to do yet. I haven't used RMXP is a long time though so if I'm going to be mapping, I'll have to get back into the rhythm again.

Great if you want to use the Eeveelution too! It's based on a Chinese dragon by the way. :) I know the colors make it look a little too much like a Flareon, and I can try to change them if you want. I'll eventually do more scratches, so check out my thread every once in a while. ^^ (actually added one pre-evo today)

Busy, busy, more or less. School exams again approach - next week a handful of english assessment tasks, and then after that every other subject. >_< Also some karate-related stuff coming up as well, mainly of the awesome variety. =D

You need Team Leaders for every section no matter how small or large. The leaders should be people who know how to manage a group and know what needs to be done. Every week or so the Leaders should have a meeting to merge all of their work into the overall game. This merged project should be distributed back to the work force. That way everyone stays on the same level. I have also made a couple of posts on the forum, you should check them out.
