Maybe it's more dialogue heavy than XY and ORAS? Remind me if any of the Mystery Dungeons games had more dialogue than the main games from their respective gens.

Usually region-by-region releases are the result of a heavy load of dialogue that needs to be translated little by little, follow by censorship to be more appropriate for a specific region.
