NOPE. It wasn't released here. You have to play the fan translation on an emulator. But it's well worth it. The only reason I downloaded an emulator was to play Mother 3, and it's my favorite game. It's really great. If my Mother/Earthbound club gets approved, you should join. :) Since the fanbase isn't really huge, anyone that has general interest in it is free to join and hopefully learn more and start playing the games. :>
