Nah man, he isn't. I think his sp. attack is usable, so he's okay X3 omg espeon is just a beast. Sp. attack and speed are both through the roof and sp. defense is pretty good. If only her defense was a little better lsjfkdfl. I have one with Magic Bounce, it's great, not only does it make her immune to status, it inflicts the status on the enemy pokemon XD
