Because I'm in a really unfunny mood so any other part of the VM would probably be drama:

It wouldn't work out between us because our life goals were different. He wanted children, to get married, stay in Connecticut, live a house in the suburbs. I hate children, never want to get married, move to best state ever! North Carolina, live in a town house/apartment in the city. (Greensboro totally counts as a city.)

Besides, he said I was "immature" for being secure in the fact that I don't want children. If that's his response for something as "normal" as that, then there was no way he could have understood the parts of me that are more important and least accepted in the world.

But I don't mind.

Most likely yeah, looks like we'll be the judges for the contest. However, am going to talk to the other hosts and see what they say.

I've dealt with really bad reviews too. As long as it's nice and polite, i dont' mind. but if nobody tells me what to do, it's pointless.

Well, thanks, i think! I guess that's nice to know! I figure if someone doesn't like me, they can block me. or vice versa, so i usually dont' let my opinion die down from that.

By the way, i think that's the longest vm somebody has ever left me!!

Well. I'm reworking my fan fiction to more....I lack a word at the moment. More something. Less angst is one but that's not the exact thing that I wanted at the moment. :D Anyway, I'm looking forward to your reviews because admittedly they are kind of harsh yet promotes growth.

Serious tiems: While the idea is nice, there's really no need for another mod. I mean, take a look at F&W. No one posts. So while there might be a few small cases where there is a rush, or a big job to do like the list...meh. It's nothing the most perfect person ever can't handle.

I've been debating with myself on whether or not I should post the portion of this VM I wrote on Saturday. See, I only got three hours of sleep on Saturday, so I was not coherent in the least. Then again, it's not like I'm coherent now, so...

See, when I first read this, my mind jumped to "porn without plot". I wondered why all the still-slightly-innocent thirteen-year-olds were submitting their fan characters to a story that could essentially be a giant orgy.

I really haven't written much of the Pokemon/Enderverse crossover. All I have written is Angel getting his arse kicked by a Rhyhorn. And Andy wondering how to run on four legs. It's not high on my list of fics to work on.

I do remember us wondering what would happen if Ender or Bill entered the world of the Legend of Zelda and started poking at chickens. I thought of that as I smacked a few around while playing a Link To the Past.

Chickens. Not Bills. There were no Bills to smack around. Yet.

Of course, it wasn't until last night until I realised how much of my childhood the Super Nintendo made up. I remember all the levels of Super Mario World, but everything else just kind of left.

Also, I remember you saying that you would enjoy seeing a fic where people turn into Pokemon and it isn't a Mystery Dungeon fic. Well (and this is my mind on my own version of crack) I have a fic planned out where that happens. And it's a Pokemon/Enderverse crossover. It's quite amazing.

I love how my messages keep getting more and more deprived of sanity. And I haven't even begun to read Card's Enderverse books yet.

Thanks for pointing that out. ^^; I had a habit of doing the "what", not the "why", in my reviews when I first started and, well, habits can be hard to break. XD; Clichés were just one of the thing drilled into us as "bad bad bad" in English class, so I guess my brain just switched to "he'll know what I'm talking about" mode.

Perhaps I encouraged it, though. I often made an effort to befriend my reviewers, simply because I was often grateful that they would come into my fic and offer, at the very least, moral support. And, to further express that gratitude, I would often make a special effort to review the fics written by my reviewers. I'm biased, of course, but I think that pretty much all my reviewers are just great people, and I was trying to help them out as much as I could. And honestly, I don't think I want to stop helping them out when they need it, because I am mindful that they have done so for me.

That being said, I'm still going to do my part for new authors as much as I can, because it can only benefit us as a section when we get new authors, they learn, and then become confident enough to review. :D

I think seeing the impressive amount of people who simply can't comprehend words all over this forum killed my hope. How many times do we have to repeat "You don't need to tear apart a fic to have your review be considered 'constructive'" before it finally sinks in? We've been trying for well over a year, since the current rules thread is that old.

And you don't have Card's book on science fiction because it's really not well-known. I wasn't aware of it until last year, which is quite some time, seeing as how I've been reading Card since 2002.
