  • Pardon. Je devrais utiliser le francais plus souvent.

Funnily enough, the only other part I understood of what you'd just said (besides the obvious) was 'mal di testa'. Probably because of how similar it was to French. Anyway yeah, I've probably also offended some Russian and Arabic-speaking people too --those two being the languages I used which went beyond hello, besides Italian.

Considering it's been a few days since the VM and I haven't been hospitalized, I'm thinking that the fever's gone. xD
Ah, medicine... Good times. Good times.

You mean with the downward spiral the later generations seem to be caught in? Yeah, totally. You wouldn't get this kind of insolence in the early 1900s.

That's like, what, two-thirds of the States in the blue? Here's just rain, more rain, some gale-force winds, and plenty of cloud cover. CURSE YOU GLOBAL WARMING! GW may or may not be involved but at least I get to say that 'I (and a few million other people) called it' when/if it does get serious.

Also, what's this I've been hearing about you opening a comissions line? I'm not one to capitalize on misfortune, so don't expect a comission from me, but I'd love to donate truth be told. Problem is, I'm in a tight situation myself, so the only thing I can really offer is a crapload of *thanks* from when you kickstarted my grammar engine way back when. Knowledge = Infinite moneys. So thanks. *hugs*
Hope you're back on your feet soon.
Hey. I will like to be part of your PM list if you don't mind. :D I never know when you are going to update so that will be nice to have.
jsyk, every time you say "gently" in the quotes like that, I feel a little happy.

Is this one of those times where I can add "in my pants" to that sentence and still have it make sense? idk.

Garlic? But don't you know that I still sparkle in the sunlight, have a wonky sleep schedule and stalk teenage girls what? Garlic will make me choke. :(

No. Wait. That's Andy and his baby rabies.

Also, green tea cheesecake! I found out about it while in a store and found a scented gift basket thing of it. I would have sent you a text message about it then, but thought it would have been too random. That, however, was before that random voice mail (from my pants!), so I think we crossed any line for randomness that we can't return from. I can't find any place that sells it around here. And me cooking anything involves either sharp utensils or fire, and that's a no go.
Aw man, that sucks. I know nothing like that has happened to me during the 9 months that I've been there so far. And I've made more than 4,000 posts there.
The drama has probably died down by now - it may be safe to come back.

Do you still remember your login?

And you can change usernames there too, so if you'd like to go by JX Valentine, that's okay too :D (But then again, we're both known by different monikers on Bulbagarden than we are on other forums. So it might not be all that bad.)
    Hey, that worked!

    Wow, you're an old-timer.

To see if that email account is still alive and kicking, I sent you a friend request. XD

You missed me when I was named "Dragonite Ernston" on there too, though - now it's known as Zekürom.
I think that's what's stopping me as well. And my flesh is tender, and I eat enough barbecue sauce that it flows through my veins. :( I'd be a delicious target.

But then people will write poems about me, and they will not make sense, but that's okay, because it will rhyme. gdi, this is reminding me of a Card book.
Can... Can we blow up the poetry section? Just wondering. Because it makes me want to laugh and then quit reviewing all at the same time.
Yeah, I have noticed my critiques aren't too constructive.
I like to encourage other writers to keep trying and to take heed to my advice.

But yeah, you're right, adding more detail in my reviews would be a bit more helpful.
Well, my first laguage is Spanish, so I guess you can ignore my weird grammar...I used to write spanish and do perfect stories in that language until I moved to florida, which was 2 years ago. Sorry about everything, I kind of expected a shorter response or comment, but I do agree on the part of being Atina. I'll delete Felton right away, it was typo(I thought I deleted that!) but as for the rest, I already got like 6 more chapters ready, but I can revise them. as for beta reader...do you have to download? I kind of don't want to download stuuf right now or anytime soon.
There's a bobandbill kind of anime? =D I shall check it out sometime.Along with the other animes people told me to check out. XD
God, sorry with the late reply. :x
Illness in real life makes it hard for me to stay up for too long and write a proper, considered response. Of course, the medication doesn't help much in that respect either tbh...

Manners are in decline. Like everything else in this day and age apparently. I personally blame how kids these days don't have any respect towards anyone who's at least shown themselves to be a smidgeon more intelligent. I mean, I can understand kids acting like jerks to the ones that are a bit more dull than their peers(through the ages even), but, disturbingly enough, they're starting to bring over this habit to those who actually deserve respect based on intellectual superiority/seniority. Not saying that everyone doesn't deserve some sort of respect, but when you start sassing your teachers, parents, or seniors(as in anyone older) before you reach puberty, there's something seriously wrong with how you were brought up.

Still, she's a kid. So worst case scenario is that she just skimmed your last para with a heavy heart at being scolded publicly. I don't actually think she learnt much from it. If she did, good for her. For everyone else, there's Mastercard it was an interesting read.

When dealing with kids, I have a few siblings which I tutor in various stuff, my best bet is to explain everything in analogies. Simple analogies mind.

Anyway, as for me, aside from the illness, the only annoying thing is this delightful English weather in this charming, badly-insulated house.
    I... wow... geez...
You know that I'm not Christian, but "geez" was the first word that came to my mind.

Sorry if our conversations are a bit disjointed, but I never have anything good to talk about. Anyway, judging from the way she writes and or acts, I'm guessing that she's quite young IRL, so you might want to tone down your rebuttal to one of a more understandeable level, or at least something that you'd expect to retain the attention of a grade-schooler, and not a high-school junior/senior.

Lots of kids are a bit bigoted (or whatever word's suitable) at that age (whatever age she may be), so yeah...

In any case, how've you been? (Which is really the only ice-breaker I've ever been known to use. :/ )
You know what I've realized? That writers who actually listen to me when I review them make me worry that I'm giving bad advice. Is that normal?
