I feel like the pokemon that cant survive competitive battles on RU or higher need evolutions or megas even if they have them. I used a delcatty on my replay of X(I love its design and moves but its stats are horrible) and I had to overlevel it for it to not be OHKOd by neutral hits :/...

The gems in the Japanese logos for Sun and Moon made me think of Diancie's gem on its torso. That was the only resemblence I saw that seemed possible. I can see the resemblence to mega salamence but as has been said, what would Sun's be and why would the game logo be based on mega salamence...

I havent been able to confirm, does pokebank work for transferring between the RBY virtual console games? I know we will be able to transfer them to Sun and Moon. I doubt it, they dont fully count as trades in gen 6, trade evos wont evolve in the pokebank. Although they do keep their data...

I got Blue. I am in Rock Tunnel finally after I backtracked through diglett cave to go catch a pikachu (both pikachu and weedle refused to show up for about an hour, I am sick of caterpie and metapod now).

I actually never Owned the games. I borrowed my cousin's Blue and later Red versions since they didnt care about those files being erased(they mainly played silver at that point). I dont have any of my old games actually :(

I only have Blue so yes it is in Blue :) I used it and battled both trainers near Ceralean(mispell?) that can get mew to appear at the end of the glitch. (So I have two).

Well if you want to get as many pokemon as possible and mechanics that will probably match sun and moon better then the gen 6 games may be better. the rereleases of the first games are worth it is you really want to see where the series began, see how broken those games were since it appears...

Finally got a female one to appear. I have the female swift swim poliwag in a dive ball.

I tested it after I asked. The mew glitch is definitely in and the exact same as before. I used it twice yesterday my other photos refuse to be uploaded from my phone at the same time as each other for some reason but here is one of the photos I took yesterday when I did the glitch.
