  • Yes, It gets pretty consistent.......... I doubt that you'll find it interesting after the Runaway Fugitive part....... Especially Articuno and Ninetails.......... Both missions are boring
Ohohoho if you wanna do that then you might have to do a bit of digging hehe.

Note for all the length of his whiskers he is yet unable to grow a full beard. Such are the pains of being Chinese :( Maybe long-bearded sages are revered in China because like nobody gets to be one :( people want what they can't get right?

I'm probably the most supportive of the Communist Party of anybody here on PC :\ Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Probably because I'm pretty familiar with their work and I've got to give credit where it's due hehe.

As for pollution, Chinese smog looks about as bad as what existed in industrial US cities back in the 50's:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2155742/Hell-lid-taken-The-pictures-bygone-Pittsburgh-residents-choking-clouds-smog.html

But back then nobody really knew the harms of air pollution - I think that really took off in the 60's, and as the US eventually de-industrialized nobody cared anymore. I don't know when China will reach its peak of industrialization, and I guess I'll just stand and watch while the pollution worsens. We've all got to prioritize something. As for the peasants, I think it's because of misguided policies. They never addressed the bottom of the issue, which is that local governments provide a lot of services and don't have the money/aren't using it wisely. So they go from one to another, while the perverse consequences all point to one result: continuing peasant burdens. Things will get better as peasants disappear and as wages rise - then local governments wouldn't be as wary about taxing peasants as much.

I think they have beautiful eyes :3 They get a bad rep in China. Just for people rioting and stuff :S and then the police cracking down and limiting religious freedoms and all that good stuff.

Where do you identify? You've been studying in the US for a while now? I've been liking all this activity in D&D lately.
In fact, on that topic he had to undergo three hours worth of makeup. It's kinda freaky when you think of it.
I've heard of it though thanks to Tumblr, apparently something I read mentioned was he didn't look very "normal" appearance-wise, because he was being a younger version of Bruce Willis' character.

    Still, kinda interesting though.
    Haha, I guess I just live under a rock or something :| Cause I haven't heard of Dark Souls either.. at least I don't think ;____;

I have an emulator on my phone, lol. It's great in the sense that I can play games without lugging around another device? But it's definitely not the same. Legit is better 8D

The rush was not that bad, sped time up a little because I was busy. It wasn't that intense though, due to the fact we didn't offer great deals (BOGO Bra's / Simple Doorbusters). I work at Victoria's Secret.. lol.

My Y nuzlocke is super hard :( I haven't even reached the second gym yet lol because of all the grinding. I'm doing it without exp. share & no healing during a battle. It's difficult. I got lucky and found a Riolu.. but lost it D':
I can give you lots of advice about the game if you need............. I had all the legendary Pokemon join my team........... And cleared each and every dungeon........ Quite an achievement, don't you think? :P
The 3D in OoT actually dizzies me. The graphics are spectacular, but I always leave 3D off.
You're allowed to return that? I thought, when you return something that comes with a gift, that you have to return the gift too. Because Toys R Us would lose a ton of cash if a lot of people have the same idea.
Hehehe sxc boi ;D Post some up in the selfie thread and watch the ladies (and men) drop panties like it :P

Uhhh I think it all tastes the same :P But the quality is better I think, like the Burger King patties are huge - compared to NA, anyways lol. Chicken Juniors (or perhaps Junior Chickens) are the chicken patty item on value menus! They're come around $4 + tax for 3 of them, and that's about the best use of money you can use to buy chicken, spicy mayo and 1140 calories. Most likely fat.

LOL my avatar isn't me, it's my favourite singer. You can stalk me in the selfie thread :P I'm kind of in your position with my facial hair as it's mostly uneven mustache and a little beard. I have like one hair poking out from each corner of my jaw :( Right, "fair and lovely" XD apparently Indian girls dig that stuff XD

I think you've done a marvelous job of refraining from allowing media hype from affecting your perspective. I really criticize the media hype, but usually it's interpreted as me being a COMMIE YEAH - but no, I find that kind of labeling to be insulting and out of ignorance and fear. As you've demonstrated, it's fully possible to criticize without giving into the hype - so ignorant people probably label because they're insecure about how they're unable to do such a thing >>

It's amazing seeing China's development in person. I go back in 2 year intervals, and every time things change drastically. One year they'll build a gorgeous looking new train station, another year they'll set up high-speed rail, another year they've replaced the decrepit rotting apartments with fresh skyscrapers, so on and so forth. At least in the cities the people are living better lives, and that's something that makes me really happy.

Chinese politics is really messed up. Peasants always get the short stick of everything all the time. For example, the central government abolished taxes on peasants in rural areas. But that just deprived the local governments of funding, and so they found new revenue tools like creating new fees and expanding on old ones. This too eventually became abolished, and now local governments take to land appropriation raise funds (which is why it's in the news all the time nowadays). The problem with taking peasants off the land is that you're depriving them of their livelihood as well as a roof over their heads, so talk about insult to injury, eh? Obviously the local government is still expected to carry out services, development, and investment in certain cases. Next steps include reducing corruption as well as allowing local governments to gain and keep more of their money :P Preferably without disenfranchising the people they serve. And that's just one out of a million problems.

A good thing is that they're talking free-market reforms by 2020. Hopefully everything works out in that respect. Political reform, I'm not looking forwards to it. Mostly because I'm not predicting (or the experts aren't predicting, rather XD) that it to happen soon. Hopefully for 2018-2023 or beyond, fingers crossed.

    Hnnnnngggggggg

LOL @ how topic changed to China in the D&D DCC without any guidance from me >:)
At first I was a Mudkip...... So I choose a Pikachu as a partner..... It was a totally awesome team!!
Which one did you get? :)
How did you get into your career? Did you go to school? How did you get your foot in the door?
Maybe, I'm considering attempting to write short stories once I feel I have the time and inspiration. I quite like that quote xD

A good motivator? Physical health, the want to appeal to the opposite (or same depending on who you are) gender. Try playing some really intense music, that helps some people... it also helps that here it is Summer.

That's true enough, and thanks. xD
I can see that you have been stalking my posts in D&D again too :P
    **** you're freaking hot.

Kind of. It was really top-end back in the day, but it might've lost its novelty in the big cities by now. KFC has the best corn salad, which now that I think about it, might be overpriced :( What's cool about China is that I can still do the 3 Chicken Juniors order I do over here XD in KFC, McDonalds, and Burger King XD

It might be a thing, but I haven't experienced any of it. In fact I get called out for my movie-star looks B) I would never pass as Korean, but I've always wanted to pass as Japanese - which would involve being able to grow a full beard (which brown men like you have the uncanny ability to accomplish at the age if thirteen :\). They might just be jealous of your good looks. Isn't India really diverse to begin with?

Haha it's funny, family members and friends ask me if I have a girlfriend yet - I think it's because people don't usually date until they're a bit older, and they're either complimenting my looks or are stereotyping me as a Westerner. Personally though, I don't "meet" girls hehe. I suffer from a lack of skill in that regard. LOL were these women like from mainland China? "Interested" and "wanted to marry" eh? XDDDDD I would be soo embarrassed if anybody said that to me. Instant block! XD

You don't have a problem with the restraints on liberties and censorship? Or the suppression of minorities or government challengers? That's what most Westerners (i.e, white) think when they talk about China, in my experience. I'm sure India will improve as a people too. When I was in China, one my profs noted that Taiwan was like how China is now 30 years ago, in that people let their kids **** on the street, threw their garbage out, had poor "public morality" (XD that became an awesome inside joke). I think the improvement of public morality is inevitable with enough development.

My parents actually named me John at birth. I guess they were thinking about emigration this far ahead, blimey. It was John or Peter XD Your mixedness is probably a good boost to your attractiveness. Not only is it exotic, but it's hard to place, and people like that mystique. I can't haggle neither. In China I had to rely on my Italian friend to get me stuff XD
    As I said, I don't mind Dan.
You mean Link between worlds? No, but ME WANT BAD! I didn't get Skyward Sword either, so my last Zelda adventure was Ocarina of Time 3D. It was weird, actually. I got much farther into the 3DS version than I ever did on the N64. I never got through the tree on the old version!
I only know what I'm learning. I can't tell the difference yet. xDD

    私の名前はメリンダです。
    OH LOL KAY KAY

I don't mind, but I don't remember how my parents met >< I do remember that their first date was at a KFC, but to put that into context, that was like the first KFC in Beijing and it just opened so they waited like hours to get some of that coleslaw haha.

People can judge you on your looks because you're half Indian/Palestinian? Doesn't that just make you look like a light-skinned Indian? :S Or is it more to this picture, cuz for example I can tell the difference between Chinese/Korean/Japanese (although I don't think I'd be able to tell someone who's mixed apart). Should make you look like a movie star eh? 8)

Yeah. I think they're kids of businessmen/party members, cuz there's just no way it comes out of their pocket. All they do is like shower each other with Cristal (kay not literally) but I saw a lot of that when I was there. Also the club's show for the night were these hunky European models advertising cognac lol. That was really tacky.

Are those Chinese who weren't nationalistic whitewashed or from Hong Kong? I'd like to say second-generation, but a lot can happen when kids emigrate to a white-dominated location when they're babies. Haha I don't believe in the superiority of any culture, just the momentary or circumstantial inferiority of any culture XD I really can't see how China can be described as garbage - it is when you compare it to you're living now yes, but that explains a lot about your perspective. In any case, part of my nationalism is the economic revolution occurring in China right now. There's nothing like visiting back every two years and just seeing how much development has occurred. In most of the top tier (Beijing and Shanghai) and second tier (provincial capital) cities, it's not that different from the West, or perhaps Japan or Korea (based on what I've seen in pictures) which is a slightly lower standard. The same thing is happening in India too eh? Except maybe on a decade-or so lag. I think that's something Indians are proud of too, how quickly their country is developing and modernizing.

I'm John. And that song is pretty awesome. How much of your identity is Palestinian? If your name is Amin, is your dad the Palestinian one? LOL as for shopkeepers driving up prices, wait until they meet an Italian XD They always do this to white people just because they're white, but omg he could barter so well.
