  • Hyper Voice was learned via breeding (source). I supposed if a male and female both have it from the earlier generation that babies in Kalos FROM THOSE TWO EEVEE (or their evolutions) can learn it. Same principle as being able to learn any moves from the parents from the normal moveset. However, this would require experimentation on my part. Thankfully, I can hack and thus clone the shards needed to teach two Eevee the move, then clone and import them, so I can test it easily should I do this experiment.

For now, looking into a 5IV Vullaby with Steel Wing. I found an existing contact to pop the Egg for me and gave him a 5IV Meowth for it. Now I have to train it to the point breeding won't cost me too much (forget the fact I got 400,000+ PokéDollars in the Battle Shateau last nite and a few Pay Days from Meowth can often cover the tab from Lv.20 or so onwards).

I took a Shiny Charm step last nite by importing a batch of babies, over half of which I bred in Black for import. I didn't feel like fishing yet, so bred some fishing ones too. Also covered the rest of the starters and, of course, the Vullaby that started my experiment. So I can do some evolving work now. Being able to buy Leaf, Water, and Fire Stones (why not the rest? We have 5 or 6 each for Sun and Moon...though they are via Pickup 10% rate each eventually) is very handy, too, as I can now evolve a Pansage trio without worrying about their movesets (not like I plan to use them for anything other than Egg breeding anyway with Egg Moves).
The experiment is proving somewhat successful, actually. There's only one problem: I need to get an Egg hatched by someone else so I can better breeding rates (different species are 50/20 instead of 70/50 when they have the same Original Trainer). The good news is that my Vullaby ARE getting pooped out with Steel Wing - or at least, the first one is, and I have a second Egg waiting.

So, for breeding rates, I'm debating whether I want a male Skarmory or (always female) Vullaby Egg to have a different Trainer; I'm leaning toward the Skarmory because I need to get more than two IVs on it anyway, but at the same time I can better test Vullaby's other Egg moves with that being different and getting it past learning any new moves. I might do both. Foreign is even more ideal (but I think is tagged to where the Egg was created). So I am successful, but in terms of a specific nature and a specific five IVs at 31? Not yet, and will take a lot longer otherwise.
I might owe you an apology, then. I thought you were saying you want people to trade a Shiny for a Pumpkaboo. Was I perhaps, as a certain Baron in-game says, hasty in that statement?

I'm not so concerned about breeding a Shiny. Where I have the ability, I will try to improve the odds, but I am doing breeding to create powerful specimens mainly. I have just begun and have yet to breed a 6IV, but I have been working on a male 5IV Meowth to join the 5IV Persian I have to go for a 6IV baby. We'll see. Shiny? I am still importing babies from Black (just imported a Feebas and a Baltoy in fact, both not found in Kalos anywhere), so I don't even have the Charm yet. Meanwhile, I'm going to conduct a breeding experiment as it's said that Skarmory cannot teach a Vullaby Steel Wing any longer.
You want a Shiny for a Supersized Pumpkaboo? That's pretty demanding IMO, but that's your call. Just thought I'd offer Meowth since it's pretty rare as it is.

I shall clarify why I say that. Shinies are a 1 in 1,024 occurrence, and that assumes you have the Shiny Charm and are breeding Eggs using the Masuda method. In the wild, they're even more rare, 1 in 1,962 or something like that with the Shiny Charm. Sure, you get better odds in the Friend Safari (something like 1 in 512). Sure, Poké Radar drops it to 1 in 200 or something like that...assuming you can put a successful chain together, and even then there is no guarantee (not in the Friend Safari either, it's blocked there). Meanwhile, that is what you want for something that has a 1 in 20 chance of occurring in the wild, in a specific area, where I could do it myself before the end of the day if I really wanted to. No thanks, that's not worth a Shiny. Even offering a 5IV of anything is an overpayment for a Supersize Pumpkaboo and that's what I offered. I'd advise no one take your ridiculous demand for a regular Pokémon.
If you have a 5IV Supersized Pumpkaboo, I can trade you a 5IV Meowth for it. I've been spamming some 2, 3, and 4IV ones into the Friend Safari for those who paid attention and kept them. :) I'm also trying to breed some high-IV Nidoran right now, so I can give you something from that experiment. Finally, I offered to someone to try a breeding project for a Vullaby; I do not know yet whether that user has already accepted one or is willing to accept a lesser version (not 5IVs or not Egg Move) due to the Egg Move in question not being available any longer in Generation VI. If I do that experiment, they will be available as well.

BTW, check the Pokédex to compare the sizes. It visibly shows them if you scroll through the appearance types; you can see what the largest one is size-wise and then check them all in the PC.
