  • XD I wish I could do more too

Are you also versed in OU as well? I want to reformulate my team in that set
Nuzleaf surviving the turn was frankly the one thing I had no choice on doing. The question I keep asking myself is which Pokemon do we take out last: Yungoos or Karrablast? Salandit-A is a OHKO if Hit lands Rock Throw and Gligar is a OHKO since Ice is x4. If I did 28 damage on Karrablast(I do x2 to that Bug Type), then Glacier is going to do at least 40 to Gligar despite it being in Tall Grass. The reason I have Mags moving to K2 instead of going after Karrablast is so that she can heal 6 HP at the end of our move turn. Plus if we go with Option #2 by going after Yungoos instead of Karrablast, Nuzleaf wouldn't be able to go after Mags unless he can shoot diagonally like she can. Karrablast could go after her but Elwind or myself makes a far more promising target(Elwind because Bug owns Dark or me because I'm wounded in Open Terrain).

If we go with Option#1, Mags will be vulnerable but only 1 Pokemon can attack her and that's the one that moves into L1 or Salandit-C's old spot. She can only be double-teamed if Nuzleaf can shoot diagonally.

Besides I have this feeling that Lycan is going easy on us. He had the opportunity to KO Mags last round and didn't take it.
Oh and how's progress on that FAQ coming along? I'd submit more but alas I'm relatively ignorant of anything post Generation 1(even Generation 2 is a bit fuzzy for me).
What do you think of my latest move suggestions? I think Priscilla should have the honor of dispatching Salandit-C seeing as its a guaranteed KO and then you'd move to her spot to remove Karrablast from play.

The other option we have is for you to move to Salandit-C's spot and using Dragon Rage on Yungoos, Mags moves to K2 and Thundershocks it and if its still alive, Black uses Fury Cutter to finish it off(since it doesn't take any damage by attacking it, only by moving to a different square(that's what Lycan told me via VM)).

TLDR: Whom do you deem to be a bigger threat? Karrablast or Yungoos?
Round 5 up and we had not one but two Enemy Phases. Anyways, I got a Round 5 Suggested Move list posted. Want to do a few moves first before setting your move into stone. Regardless of what happens, you'll be using Dragon Rage again(be it against Salandit-C or Yungoos(preferably latter but requires Rinnia to come through on a OHKO(same goes for me but that's unlikely).
Although we have two people left to move, I've realized that although we've been successful in KO'ing the two Pokemon I set out to remove, Mags is likely to get whacked really hard, if not KO'd unless Black somehow manages to OHKO Gothita after moving to L2 and attacking with Fury Cutter. If Gothita falls, then Mags has a chance because the worst that can happen is she falls to 1 HP due to her Sturdy ability preventing OHKO's. That is unless Nuzleaf or Karrablast know a move that can hit her. If Gothita survives, Gothita will hit her with Confusion and likely finish her off. Black will then likely be next with Yungoos using Pursuit on him since he's the next biggest threat(since he does x4 to Nuzleaf).

All in all, I think we'll get bloodied in Enemy Phase but there wasn't much I can do to prevent it short of falling back and having the enemy make the first move -.-
Oh ok XD I get worried if people don't reply to my Pm in a day I start to think I said something offensive
So far my moves have worked out relatively well with only myself really getting substantially hurt(I took 36 points of Pursuit damage). Our two biggest threats in that new group are Pancham and the Sneasel(specifically the latter due to your Pokemon's typing). If we can KO Pancham before Hit moves, I can have Hit Rock Throw Sneasel after Black slashes it with Fury Cutter. Yungoos likely has Stakeout ability(like the last one we faced), hence his attacks are boosted against Pokemon who moved but with Priscilla having used Growl, everyone but that Sneasel was affected(although I'd wager Gothita's attacks are Special-oriented), therefore hopefully limiting the damage we'll take. TLDR: My strategy for Round 4 is to eliminate Pancham first, Sneasel second. The objective up north has already been achieved since Coral smashed through one of the Tree's and Meta is hopping through to slash Sneasel-C.
You're welcome to make w/e move you want in FTE btw. Don't have to take my recommendations as I'm still relatively newb when it comes to PMD games(never played them before). However, I try and line up moves one after the other so as to try and maximize the outcome. Anyways, objective is to have fun so yeah... welcome :D
Aaaand you're in, welcome to the game! :D You can find your Gible's stats and moves right here in this post.
Which should be this game round because we're presently moving. Just wonder if he'll add a new enemy to compensate(I hope not lol). Anyways, welcome aboard and im curious to see what you picked. I even have a move planned out for you because if you picked a Dragon Type, I doubt you'll want an Ice Type causing you trouble(there aren't any Fairy Types but that isn't to say one doesn't know a Fairy Type move).
Yes, of course! Great to see a big FE fan such as yourself join the crew. Just tell me the name, species, gender and ability of your Pokémon character and I'll drop you in right away. :)
Got MysticalNinetales and Caite-Chan to sign up for Round 4. You're welcome to sign-up for the current round, although it appears he's adding new enemies to compensate and its throwing a wrench into my move suggestions LOL
Figure I'd let you know that Lycan is taking new signups and we can use more too due to the backside ambush he spawned last round.
Just wanted to add that if you do intend to sign-up for FTE, we're missing Ground, Fighting, Poison, Steel and Dragon. Some suggestions: Dratini, Gible, Trapinch, Axew, Goomy, Sandshrew or Swablu. If you do sign-up, add what square you want to be placed on in SE corner(like K2/K3 for example). Lycan will be doing Enemy Phase of Round 3 later tonight so you can hurry up and join in for Round 4 if he allows it :D
Fire Type Emblem started awhile ago and I don't know if Lycan is taking new recruits(I'd expect yes since why not). As for what type to go as, honestly whatever you want. There's only 1 Ice Type left on the map and no Fairy Types so you technically could be a Dragon type and take names. Here's the breakdown of the current team:

    1 x Fire
    1 x Ice
    2 x Normal
    1 x Rock/Flying
    1 x Grass/Flying
    1 x Bug/Flying
    1 x Psychic/Fairy
    1 x Ghost/Fairy
    1 x Water/Fairy
    1 x Water
    1 x Dark
    1 x Electric

Only 1 Alolan Type too in Alolan Vulpix while I'm the only Fire Type(Kanto Vulpix). Got Absol, Ralts, Shinx, Scyther, Marill, Rowlet, Slakoth, Wailmer, Archen, Zangoose and Mimikyu

As for the FAQ, its not surprising. Haven't advertised it day in and day out and it takes time to go and make one(seriously what I put put together took several hours).
It's good to login once in a while and see comforting message coming from people like you <3
How's the FAQ coming along? Curious as to what Pokemon you'd gone as in Fire Type Emblem(if you signed up that is).
