  • Yeah, sorry, I wanted to keep it brief so I didn't really explain it properly.

"At least 3IV" is the same as "not 2IV", so I calculated it by doing the probability of finding a 2IV Pokemon and subtracting it from 1. The probability of finding a 2IV Pokemon is (31/32)^4 because in this case all of the four remaining IVs are non-perfect, and the probability of an IV being non-perfect is 31/32.
Sure, no problem. I used Chrome's dev tools, but it works the same for Firefox.

First, go to the table where you can select the Pokemon, and in the dev tools window, go to the Network tab. Clear the console, it makes it easier to look.

Next, click Alakazam; there will be some requests to the server, look for getSeasonPokemonDetail, the one that returns JSON.

Click it, and go to the Response tab. Now select all that text (triple click should work), and you can either paste it in notepad or something, and then search rankingPokemonInfo.

Or you can paste it into http://www.jsoneditoronline.org/, so you can look at it better.

Let me know how it goes :)
Yeah, I was lucky with the hidden posee, but Joé that it's always 60 base power it's easy to get. I had 1/16 chance of getting it, and ice would be good as well so it's a 1/8 chance of getting a good HP for it. I consider I was luckier for having a shiny with an usable nature haha.
The nature is -spD and +attack. It's a shiny I caught in the safari, not bred, so I couldn't choose the nature and I had to think what to do with it. It has HP grass, so I put the EVs in both attacks and used it with sticky web. It has volt switch, HP, crunch and that 90 Power
Already nicknamed it!!! There should be a way to make trading easier, like sending a poke to a friend in a way he'll receive it when he conects the DS...
Let me know when you see me online and I'll send you Zune.
I have a 5 IV magnemite (-attack) with calm nature and HA. I'll give it to you for free :)
It's hidden power is dragon, not ice, but you can still give it toxic or even rest if you have a cleric in your team.
    Want a nickname for it??
You're clever :p but you could have just seen my IGN is Garra. I don't think there are many Garrabutártulos here in the forum hahaha
I love low tiers! I've always played low tiers 'cause there's more variety. Yeah, you can use all pokes in the high tiers, but you'll never use the low tiers ones 'cause you'll get destroyed so you end up using and facing the same 20-30 pokes every time. That's a little boring to me.
Almost all my pokes are Kalos bred (I have like one and a half box and only 6 pokémon aren't Kalos bred). I'm not sure what a spitback is… The remaining of what I bred?? I usually free most of them, or send them in wonder trade, but I think I still have some magnemites. The magneton I used was +SpD –Spe with the EVs in SpD and HP (and then 4 in defence or special attack, can't remember) with eviolite. It's really difficult to take down without ground moves and it hits really hard (I use a –speed nature to ensure I move last). Tell me what you're interested in and I'll look for it on my PC!
Also, me and my roommates have been using my neighbour's wifi for several months, but now she turns the router off sometimes or she changes the security from WEP to WPA so we don't have a reliable source of internet… somedays it's on everyday, but somedays we have just a few hours of internet. It's a roulette.
    Hahaha thanks, I love that compliment! The responsibility is certainly big and it is stressful but enjoyable and valuable experience at the very same time. :D If you wanna know how difficult it is, think/compare the Admins, SMods here on PC! {XD}{XD}{XD}
Haha, good idea. It would've been almost as much effort as hatching a shiny with the Masuda Method...
If I remember correctly, that link you posted said the chance of a Pokemon in a horde having a Hidden Ability is 5%. That was for each individual Pokemon, so the chance that at least one Pokemon in a horde has a Hidden Ability is 1 - 0.95^5 = 0.2262190625. Now, only 10% of these hordes will actually be a Starly horde, so divide that by 10 to get 0.02262190625 chance of the encounter containing a Hidden Ability Starly. 1/0.02262190625 = 44.2049396257, so that means approximately 1 in every 44 encounters will have a Reckless Starly :) Bear in mind this is assuming the rarity for Starly is 10%. If it turns out to be more like 5%, then it'll double to 1 in every 88 encounters.
"Clothesline" is a wrestling move in which- when an opponent comes running at you- you charge at them in turn with your arm sticking out, and strike them in the neck. The momentum causes them to keel over and fall.
