I'm only at Pewter City but I really love the presentation of the game - menus, graphics.. it looks really good. I do think battles could have been given some more dynamic options - perhaps some more movement as Pokemon anticipate opponent's moves, and particularly making use of the Switch for...
I hope these are fake. Both Popplio and Litten's final evolutions seem very gender-specific, and it would be hard buying into a male version of Popplio's final evo, and vice versa for Litten's.
100 would be an adequate amount, I think. As mentioned already, I'd much rather have a smaller number of well-designed, original Pokemon than 200+ of average quality.
One of my main hopes for the new games is an optional difficulty level (i.e. Black and White 2). I've seen lots of great ideas already in this thread, and agree with pretty much all of them. It would be great to be challenged by a Pokemon game, or at least have the option to be.
My first time playing through Hoenn was in Sapphire back when it was first released. As much as I love the remakes, nothing can quite compare to exploring a new region for the first time, especially at that age.. I think overall I prefer the new versions, but the experience I had playing the...
Exploring Kalos for the first time was really enjoyable. I loved the graphics, especially. I think my favorite memory is the journey from the starting town to the 2nd gym-it felt like a huge chunk of gameplay with lots to see and do in between. I don't think I have enjoyed the early stages of a...
Wurmple on Route 101 which is now a newly evolved Dustox. I also caught a Lv.15 Wingull with Agility near Mr Briney's house using DexNav. Love the game so far-I've spent two hours just exploring everything and am yet to make it out of Petalburg Woods.
I was hoping that should the games get the day/night cycle from previous gens, that playing during night hours would be a little bit darker and more immersive. It seems like that has been addressed, the game looks absolutely beautiful in the night scenes that I have seen.

Reason of joining: It took me a few generations to really start to appreciate the Bugs. The first one I used was Dustox in Sapphire and ever since, I have gradually started to use them more and more. I wish that more people...
I am sure we'll see it, but I hope the differences between night and day are more noticeable than they were in X/Y. My only issue with the night cycle in Kalos was how light it was when the battle scenes were so much darker. Hoenn could look really beautiful all lit up and with much darker...
Flareon: I loved Flareon since the days of Red and Blue. Whenever I got the Eevee from Bill, Flareon was always my choice for his evolution. A fire type combined with an adorable design and overall the tendency for Flareon to be considered the weakest Eevolution have helped him become a staple...
