I'm actually really happy with Mega Charizard. He reminds me of someone that always makes me smile. :)

I love that Chesnaught's got the whole Knight's theme going for him and Greninja looks pretty darn cool but I agree with you on Fenniken. I love its typing and the fact that it's based on a Mage/ Witch but I was expecting Delphox to look a little more enchanting or bewitching instead of how lackluster it actually is.

Drought boost + Special Attack bonus (Mega Evolution) + STAB + already high Special Attack Stat = ONE VERY OP FLAMETHROWER. Drought Solarbeam takes care of Rock and Water types too so I'd call it a win for Mega Charizard Y. Mega Charizard X is in perpetual shiny mode and its part Dragon Type. I think I could get better use out of its Y version but I'd be lying if I said that I didn't love the fan-service. Mega Venusaur gets a heck of a lot more bulk added with resistance to 2 of its major weaknesses so it just gets better. Mega Blastoise I'm a little disappointed with. Like you said, it looks insanely cool but I just feel that it could have been better with a Water/ Steel typing.

That's life. Infuriatingly stressful things happen but it's all about how you deal with it.

On a happier note, What do you think of the Final Kalos Starter evos and the Kanto Starter Mega evos?

To sum it up, my University's Administration fail completely at organization. I had to go back and forth trying to get them to sort out my grades on the system and it was a pain to deal with. Things are sorted out now so I'm good.

No problem. I can sympathize. University can drain you, but you make the sacrifices for a greater purpose. Hope you get through it one piece. :)

Ozzy, can you tell me about this questionnaire for first-time club makers? Olli mentioned it in the Club Creation Guide, and I'm pretty confused because the link didn't work for me (it was supposed to anchor somewhere in the same page, but it didn't) and I want to start a club.

Combination of those, really. Primarily boosters since I'm trying to collect the whole set anyway, and I buy the remaining individually once I have most of the commons and uncommons.

I'm more in the ballpark of 10 in total myself, but that's because I do have quite a few of the better draw power cards available.

As for suggestions: Professor Juniper is insane draw power. N is also very good.

All of mine are from theme decks I've bought over the years. But there are Elite Trainer Boxes now as an alternative means of getting Basic Energy. Might not be the right mix of energy you're looking for, though, since it comes with 40 energy in total and has some from all 8 Basic Energy types. There's 7 booster packs in each one, though.
