its an event where you get a shokotan pichu (pikachu coloured) which in turn unlocks an in game event where you can catch a notched ear pichu in ilex forest

i think the only way it would be cool if pokemon were real would be if it was like the tv show - this world is full of far too many troublemakers who would no doubt kill people etc
