I gave your challenge a quick look over, and it looks pretty good! I'll give you an example of what the challenge should look like (note, its just an example, by no means do you have to use anything like this format, its just what I see the most):
XxTOOLxX's ____________ Challenge
In this challenge, you must periodically part ways with your strongest Pokemon every 2 gyms. But, do you have what it takes to continue on with your best battler gone?
Rules:
1. This game can be played on RBY, GSC, RSE, FRLG, DPPt, HGSS, and BW.
2. The challenge is over when:
RBY, RS, FRLG, DPPt, BW: You beat the champion in the Pokemon League
GSC, HGSS: You beat Red atop Mt. Silver
E: You beat Steven inside Meteor Falls
3. You may use whomever you wish on your team. However, every two gyms, you must release your strongest Pokemon. Once they are released, you may not recatch a Pokemon that is the same species as the one you let go.
4. No legendaries may be used through this challenge. This overrides rule 3.
5. You may hack in your Pokemon at the beginning of the game if you wish. Don't use hacking to cheat in the game, though.
6. Emulators are allowed in this challenge.
