I live in Australia so no Thanksgiving... but, who needs the excuse of a public holiday to eat a turkey anyway? -_- I'm a tad busy atm with exams and other things, but in three weeks I'll have the holidays to enjoy. :)

And adult hood, I normally would say at a birthday: "Strange, I don't feel any different," but I actually do feel different. I'm having this bleak notion that fun time is over, and that I have real issues on my hands. Its not that I haven't had issues or problems before, but now I actually have the power to do something about them.

I have done a lot of musing today about that very subject; it has inspired me to take a second look at my fist and failed Fic. I am thinking that if I keep some of the major plot twists, and change the beginning, and scrap everything I have written down and just have the end, an idea how I want to get there, and then go from there. Writing and coming up with ideas as I go along. I might actually keep myself interested in the story.

I don't mind in the least. And I'll have to check those out. I've heard of them, but I haven't read them.

Shame about Michael Crichton, neh? I cried that night after my mother told me. I picked up Next, which I wanted to read anyhow, but now I really want to read it.

Lol. It actually isn't too bad. I got the guy to send me PMs instead of VMs, and he cooled down quite a bit.

Good lord, I know. I really need to just start avoiding them. As you can see, I've got a few riled individuals leaving me messages now. This is what I hate: when people take it personal. I try to fight the argument, not the individual. I'm not out to embarrass people or anything, I just want a clean debate.

With my school, we're streamed/tracked for every class, so I don't even have to interact with any group other than nerds if I don't want to. On top of that, we're single-sex.

Great for real-world social skills, ne? :P
