"Reason: Let's make that into a new thread instead"
That post was relevant. I wanted to provide an example of why corruption could be because of alternate occurrences, but apparently a case of rampant corruption of the city that is often blamed on racism is not relevant in a claim against a city's rampant corruption that is blamed on racism. Even if you don't necessarily agree with my opinion or lack thereof, an alternate case that people often throw under the rug with similar circumstances, a related case, gives a talking point besides the circles that the thread has been going in, and honestly feels like censorship.
Please do a better job at modding and don't delete posts that you don't directly understand the context to and would end up in the same sort of topic if re-posted in a new one. I understand that this was a very heated thread but nothing I said in that post could be considered "heated" in any way - it was an example of the claims that are being made that are relevant in my personal life that people have continually pretended don't exist for the same reasons that people in that thread are pretending certain other issues don't exist.
You could also have the common courtesy to just simply split the post into a new thread since it took me about thirty minutes to write, but whatever. Retrieve a copy of my text and I'll make a new thread, but please don't delete posts that aren't off topic.
