Mountain Dew, though unhealthy, has 54 mg per 12 ounce can (not sure what 12 ounces translates to in the SI units you use). It works for me because, well, I don't like coffee all that much myself, plus I never have time to stop anywhere that does have coffee flavors that I like during my mornings. I can just leave a 12 pack in my car and grab one or two once I'm in the car. Well, that and it's cheaper per mg of caffeine compared to other sources, especially sources I can store cold.
