It didn't get abandoned, because every gen has a 3-4 year cycle. We're in Gen Vi's 3rd year before moving on to Gen VII.

It's just about her training with Clair and learns about Rayquaza.

There are, in gen 6 not so sure, but many Pokemon are creepy and children related. Like Hypn, Drfloon, Duskull I think...

I think Phantrump is children related too.

My hobbies include making friends, browsing the internet, listening to music, singing, cooking, exercising, video games, anime, shopping, and occasionally writing or drawing.

My favorite games are Pokemon (duh), Fire Emblem, Earthbound, Final Fantasy, Ace Attorney, and LoZ games. My favorite all time game is Paper Mario TTYD, but I love the original Paper Mario for the N64 as well. You have nice hobbies according to your profile. :)

Which TV series have you seen? I've watched all of them...Voyager and the Next Generation I loved, Enterprise was alright, and Deep Space Nine...the less said about that, the better. Haha.

Yeah, they're sticking with what works. I think that if the series starts declining, then they might go with another protagonist altogether. They seem to be running a philosophy of, "If it isn't broken, don't fix it".

I disagree, there are more haters than there are fans, with her being one of the reasons Best Wishes was terrible.
