It's depressing how far Trump has gotten. He's appealing specifically to anyone who's tired of political correctness, and they're not really considering anything EXCEPT that. I get tired of accidentally offending people too but that doesn't mean Donald Trump is the answer. T_T The whole election has been sad, really. The republican debates literally devolved into a discussion over penis size. And I live in Virginia, so sadly, all my relatives and neighbors are VOTIN FER TRUMP!

Yeah, it's very staff-centric, and I'm not sure why that is (and why the other forums I've been on weren't). Wasn't there a bunch of controversy a few years ago with some staff clique called Sweater? XD

So what happens now that's the UK has pretty much 'broken up' with the EU? :P What's the difference between being a part of it and not being part of it? (Not asking just to be nice, I'm genuinely interested in this. XD)

Wow, if you're working the Americas desk, I would imagine you're VERY sick of writing Trump articles. XD And of course our bi-weekly mass shootings! Do you put your opinions in the pieces or are you restricted to just reporting the facts?

I'd be surprised as well, but having Boris in power would be the perfect way to make all those dire predictions about the future come true; he wasn't fit to be Mayor of London and he's definitely not fit to run the country. Like I said, I'm interested in seeing where it goes from here and how the politicians dig us out of this mess, but I still don't think it was a mess we should have gotten into the first place.

Wow. o_o Yeah, I think I vaguely remember visiting here a few times when you had the red username. You shouldn't have told me about the falling out; now I'm very very intrigued. XD Are you still on bad terms with them? When my brother was a mod he had a similar falling out and he pretty much never talked to any of them again. I've always loved how soapy PC is when it comes to staff. Seems like there's always something going on. I've never been on any other forum where the staff was so important--I didn't realize until I started using other forums that PC was the only one where it's SUCH a big deal. Now I just find it silly, but I remember back when I was really immersed in this place how stressful it was. XD

And yeah, how long has the Brexit thing been going on? It seems like it came out of nowhere. I saw nothing about it and then yesterday it was everywhere. And when you say you're going to be writing about it, does that mean you became a journalist? :D

Haha yeah, gotta admit in my tiny area there's a general feeling of shock and disbelief. A little annoyed to hear people talk about how they would never have voted to leave if they knew the leave party was going to back track on their promises today the NHS/ or simply because they didn't like their local mp. Ah people continue to surprise me. Should be a juicy subject across most news channels.

I am curious though, what articles do you write? If you don't mind me asking.
