You should add the directory of the binaries to PATH, instead of the installation location.
e.g. C:\devkitARM\bin;C:\make\bin

Es una pena que haya parado el desarrollo del nuevo sistema de combate, tenía muchas ganas de poder usar los ataques nuevos de forma algo más inteligente. Según tengo entendido, la IA del juego no sabe utilizar los ataques que se introducen nuevos, así que sirven para poco más que darte ventaja a ti en el juego frente a la máquina :/

tbh I've never tried to do Icons. That could be tricky but I can't tell it until I actually try it. I haven't tried Back sprites then but that shouldn't be a big problem
