can agree on favs being miyazaki's works, bcs they're definitely my favs as well. although, i would add grave of the fireflies to that list, as i found it particularly moving. i did hear about isao takahata's death, but until the point of discovering this i didn't know he was the man behind GotF, sadly, so i wasn't able to appreciate him in his lifetime. at least now i'm able to. also, enjoy those films you plan on watching!
ha, as it happens, too purple a prose is a pet peeve of mine. on the other hand, simple poetic expressions that inspire one's spirit are actually something i rly like. ty for the permission. i'll confess, i don't think i possess a small sum of $500, so i suggest starting a charity page to get clover the console she wants :0
