  • I secretly think my parents knew I'd love frogs but couldn't bare to call me something like "Froggirl" or "Froglet'
You know Sucy! I love LWA, very fun anime, I've yet to read the manga/light novels though!
I got into skating when I was a lot younger, somehow I developed a fear of open water and v scared of shorks so my parents bought me a skateboard and I haven't stopped since. I've had a year or so off since I've been in England but I've got all my old boards back now that I'm back home :D
I just really love them :3 I'm not sure when or why the obsession with them started but they're the best things ever :3
    Never came up here yet.

Mimics a friend. Enjoyed the first taste, so to speak. Continued with encouragement. Began to carry a special meaning. Struggles to articulate precisely what. Perhaps a cross between (platonic) love and acceptance?

Found little opportunity to use it, however. Spoke clumsily face-to-face while speaking "normally". Overedited everything. Generally avoided people as well. Was quite terrified of others.

Have you heard how young people engage in wild, risky behavior on Spring Break? Describes one Spring Break like that, except with this style and an Internet forum. Still held that fear of other people. Provided a push to speak. Tipped the scales from "likely negative or pointless social interaction" to "likely positive social interaction". Identifies few instances of the latter throughout life.

Never planned to return to that forum beyond that week. Stuck around much longer. Bridged the gap to further online interactions (like here).
I bet the other Rika is from another timeline or time loop. I hear we go crazy and do things like that. /joking

    I am doing fine though!
who is this former admin Ivysaur...and why do I wanna throw an ultraball or grearball to capture?!
Okay I admit I really enjoyed what I played, and already started craving more. So I purchased Torna. Hope it's as good as the base game.
I finished it. On the final boss, I died the first time because my chain attack left him with a sliver of health, and he one shotted my party. Second try, I lost on the first phase (somehow). Third try I full burst overkilled him. Loved the voice clip of shulk and loved the ending. My party was rex, tora and nia all level 69, zeke and morag benched.

Well it was fun. I don't really know you, but hey it was fun sharing my progress at points. take care.
I would put Xenoblade 1 in my top 10 JRPG's all of all time. Maybe even top 5. I was born past the 90's, so it's been fun having such a giant library already available. I've finished Chrono Trigger, FF6, FF7, FF10, FF13, the entire earthbound trilogy, tried 7th saga but dear god it's more grindy than dragon quest 1, which I actually finished.
Yep, I finished Xenoblade 1 last year. My first experience was with the definitive edition because I could never get a hold of the Wii version. I tried getting 100% completion, but gave that up around Valak Mountain.

I'm going to play the prequel, but not immediately. I just hit 70 hours in this, the longest I've ever spent on a JRPG when I'm not even going for 100%. I will need to let it rest a bit.

On a random note, Malos has an excellent voice actor.
