Returning after a long departure :)

Hi everyone, I'm Sukyandaru. I would have called myself Scandal but that username is already taken so I went with this x_x. The name comes from one of my favourite bands, a Japanese one called Scandal (Sukyandaru スキャンダル), which had some songs featured in anime such as Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and Bleach.

I formerly posted here under the name Scandalice but I ended up quitting for reasons that I've since forgotten. Coming back after some persuasion by Synerjee, mainly here to try catching up with old friends and hopefully make new friends! I'm 18 years old and from Australia, now with lots of free time since I finished high school this year. One of my subjects from yr7 to yr12 was Japanese, but I'm not fluent so if anyone else is learning and wants to practice together then hit me up!! I enjoy watching anime and also occasionally reading manga; recently I've been watching One Punch Man, Owarimonogatari, Osomatsu-san and Haikyuu!! Second Season, and reading One Punch Man.

Most of my time recently has been spent (wasted?) playing games, especially TF2 and a mobile game called Monster Strike. In the past few days I also played some Cave Story+, Stanley Parable, SSB(3DS) and Legend of Grimrock. I'd like to get into CS:GO but my computer is a potato, so instead I've been slowly learning how to play LoL (playing on the OCE server). And of course I play Pokemon, though not as often as I used to, as well as many other games.

Most of the music I've been listening to is Japanese, often from anime and stuff like that. But also with some Touhou instrumentals and vocal remixes :)

I might visit the PS server sometimes so hope I can see some of you there :)

I remember you! Welcome back! Love new the username! I used to watch FMA and Bleach often but they don't really show it where I live anymore, sooo blah. Anywho, how are you liking One Punch Man? I think it's pretty weird, but pretty funny! Can't wait to watch more of it soon. ^^

It was nice to Amanda bring you back, although I have gone on indefinite hiatus from the battle server because uh, I have been feeling signs of uncomfortability as of late and I needed to focus on other stuff, such as running two Pokemon clubs. I do hope you can get readjusted to the new PC and reunite with old friends of yours.

I do hope you stick around for real now, and remember that I'm always here if you need an old friend to help you out.

I'm not too familiar with Scandal but I do know the OP they did for FMA ^^ Also glad to hear you're into SSB, but I don't have it on 3DS myself, sadly~

Hi Shawn, I can kinda remember you from the PS server back when you were Aura Blackquill! You were one of the better battlers I think? :P One Punch Man is sooo good, too bad it's only 13 episodes :( See you around on the server!!

Ohh, it's nice to hear that Amanda made you come back, she's a friend of mine as well! Hi Noa-Tan, I hope we can be friends too :). I don't know much about Touhou other than (a small amount of) the music but there are some characters and stuff that I like too! What do you like about it?

I just play SSB casually because I'm too bad for online and stuff ;_; It's so difficult! Do you have any of the other ones?

I had to use google translate for those kanji other than 帰 and 私 ;_; kanji is so hard

You like One Punch Man and Haikyuu?! Holy moly those are some of my favorites. Got addicted to Haikyuu only recently and saw all of season one + everything released from season two so far two-ish weeks ago and it's soo good. Definitely the best sports anime by far right now. OPM is hilarious and provides a breath of fresh air you don't usually see in most anime so that's amazing as well! So excited for the coming arc. <3
