I may actually be tempted to change my trainer's clothes in the main story this time around, which I didn't do until the postgame when it came to both X/Y and S/M. Though I guess that's me wanting to get used to the default designs first.

this is a cute way of looking at it, I like it! while I'm not a huge fan of the photo club since I like battling and stuff better (maybe would have preferred a battling tent like in Hoenn), I appreciate the fact there are some differences and it seems like they are making changes -- such as how last time they had photos but they are expanding it this time. I wonder what else they could expand.

I rather have a gym than this so called feature. But gyms are not an alola thing. Never is and never will be. I am not thrilled with this feature at all. Pointless.

It's not a "So called feature." It's a feature. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean that hard work didn't go into the making of it. For someone who thinks Gamefreak should do what they want and not listen to fans, You're not very supportive of their work :p

Hey i love the games but i think we can do without contests, musicals, photo shops, etc. My opinion anyway. It is a so called feature for me. Nothing about it excites me at all.

This seems to look like the new Poke Ride gear.
Huh, I didn't notice that. I just find it odd that you can use the ride gear in the photo studio, I don't think they've ever really done alternate costumes? It would be sooo cool if you could take pictures in the team rocket costumes from HGSS.

Oh nice, I like this feature! I send so much time taking pics of Pokémon with Pokémon Finder that I'm not annoyed with this at all. I think it looks great and it's nice to see you and your Pokémon having some fun taking pictures :) I will probably not use it as often, but I think it's a sweet addition to the game that'll make my experience with it better :)

I'm expecting this new little feature to be hijacked by the JoJo fanbase to create caption memes related to the series. Otherwise, it won't be used as often since it's just a small bonus.

I can understand why people may be disappointed that this is what will be occupying the empty spaces around Alola. But at the same time, I found the PR Studio of XY enjoyable, and I think the photography element was one of SM's best features, and this seems to be a natural progression of the two, which I like. If the available poses, backgrounds, and filters adds up to be extensive, it could be a great feature for when players want to take a little break from training, breeding, or battling. I hope USUM includes other features that are direct improvements on older ones such as this.

I for one am HAPPY we have this. Like what sliver said in his pros and cons video of Sun and Moon:
one negative thing about Sun and Moon is that you could do nothing but Battle... and it CAN get boring real fast. With this, we have non-battling thing to do here and there.
I am looking forward to this as something I can to as a rest from pokemon battling.

But he does have a point. S/M has no side goal aside from just battling, and I can understand since Contests were popular in both Hoenn and Sinnoh, while Unova's side goal of Musicals was underwhelming. We haven't had such a thing since then, though X/Y did have PR Videos which I see this new Photo Club as a glorified version of.
