Since the air has cleared up around here a bit since I left I decided it's fine to post here again, new fangame management with some familiar faces I see :) I'll still be administrating my own forum as that seems to be a good place for disassembly users to discuss and share resources.
Progress is steady, I recently made a huge move to a new state so I'm still settling in and busy with irl stuff but game is mapped all the way to Pummelo Island now, it's just missing maps for an underwater area and Victory Road.
Mandarin Underground was reworked and is now a fully functional rocket base, the scripting for that is still a WIP, and Mt. Navel now has several more floors. Scripting progress for the maingame is still at Ascorbia Island, though its essentially finished with just a few finishing touches remaining for Illustrator Pikachu and the rival event.
Also planned is a graphical rework for Trovitopolis Sewers, and a complete rework for Crystal Cave, the Crystal Onix event will be required for completion now. Kinnow Showboat trainers are programmed but the Showboat itself needs to be mapped and scripted.
There are still a few major bugs I'm working on, namely the Daycare bug, Ditto, and sometimes Sleep moves will cause Poison instead. The famous wipeout bug around Unnamed Island 1 and Danny is fixed now, so you won't get sent back to Valencia anymore. There's also a minor bug where using Rock Smash will shift the player a couple pixels so they won't be level with other NPCs, it's fixed by flying somewhere.
I'm juggling around quite a bit, I am mostly mapping at the moment but I have been scripting and working on wild encounters and such occasionally. Still hoping to complete the game or close to it by the end of the year, but might have to settle for a bug-free, definitive Orange Islands experience if Kanto can't be finished in time.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, but Unlimited use TMs are in now too!
