I've been trying to quit, as of late I've been cutting down a lot. Used to be a pack a day now it's a pack every 4/5 days \o/
I'm taking it slow because I'm afraid if I just abruptly stop, it'll come back and bite me within a week and I'd have accomplished nothing.

Well, smoking is a hard habit to kick. Good luck and hang in there!
