Mudkip can you IV breed a flawless eevee for me? shiny would be a bonus too but mostly looking for the flawless eevee.

1- Mudkip- i got a snorlax in a trade frm sum1 with the moves selfdestruct nd curse and it has ur ot LilMkip (or sumthin along those lines and i was wondering if u cud change its nickname for me
