Definitely over her back. It looks cooler, ya know? Also I like the outfit she's wearing if the apron's behind her.

Never did. I DID used to use it more often, but now I don't really care anymore. I only log in my account to unlock C-Gears.

The one over her back. The front one makes her look fatter.
 
11. I am pretty sure the Japanese art, which included the apron, was concerned some people. They believed that the apron might give the impression that Lenora was a black maid, like you might see from "The Help". When you think about it, there is no reason why a scholar whose gym is a library contained within a museum would be wearing an apron; Gamefreak was asking for controversy. I think that the cape alteration was clever and more suited to the character.

No! Didn't like the Pinwheel forest at all. I liked the forest part and then the weird path just was out of place and it was just all incoherent.

I perfer the art of Lenora with apron over the back; makes her stand out more and feel that's it's the final stock art.

EDIT: -ty- I definitely see "The Help' reference there, wonder why I didn't see it sooner. And I know that the American Moral Guardians would be on this if the original art was used in some way. better safe than sorry.

Very much so! It's kind of how I would imagine forests to look in the anime. I hope dungeons will be made this way in future installments.

It worked because the presence of Team Plasma forced you to take the maze the first time you traversed the forest. I liked having the easy direct route for use on subsequent runs through there because I'm lazy :P

I do have a feeling that without some plot point forcing you to do the maze, most would choose the straight path, lol

The separate paths an interesting twist to the regional forest. I would've liked it if I had to face Team Plasma in the shortcut rather than the long maze because it would've been logical for them to just run off in the shortcut. Plus, taking the shortcut is more convenient. But I think why GameFreak made Team Plasma go on the maze was to provide a bit more of a challenge.

Pinwheel forest is one of my fave areas here. I like both paths, though the concrete straight path seems out of place.

I chose Oshawott, and she is AMAZING, no regrets at all!

5. Were you swayed at all by Ghetsis' speech in Accumula town?
Yes, but by the end of the game the effect kind of wore off!

6. Did you like the lack of starter bias that the the first gym had (it was the same difficulty no matter what type you chose)?
It was different, and interesting, but I don't think they should use the idea again because it's cooler with just the Striaton Gym being this way.

7. Which Striaton Gym Leader is your favorite? Why?
It used to be Cilan, because of the anime, but thanks to tumblr and his in game personality, it's Chili now!

8. Do you believe in the Striaton Gym leaders being the Shadow Triad? Why or why not?
I personally believe they are the Shadow Triad, because it seems so likely if you ask me, since the three gym leaders never showed up at N's Castle with the others, and there ARE three of them... Honestly though, it's just more fun to think they are, regardless of evidence!

I've used it once, I forget it exists a lot...

It was confusing at times, but I like it, yes!

I navigated the straight through the first time, but after I got to Castelia, I went back into the forest and navigated through the grassy maze path.

Yeah, actually, come to think of it. The variety was nice, and it certainly made future treks through the area more manageable than it would have otherwise been (especially because of the lack of HM usage in these games).

I prefer the one with the apron on her back. She looks a lot less... bulky with this artwork.​

Uh... you do realize it's required to go through the maze section before the straight path, right?

Yes because it forces you to have some battles and encounter some Pokémon unless you have repels but otherwise it would just be boring to just walk straight through it, plus half of the people if they had the option would just take the straight path and miss out the beauty of Pinwheel Forest.
