Please do not give me reason to doubt you or your honesty. I shouldn't have to suspect you of cheating or worry that you're playing the game unfairly.

I won't bother naming names, but please just be fair to the rest of the players. Nobody should be communicating outside of this thread or through me via Letters except Cersei and Jaime.

As a result of this, I'm returning Nakuzami and Mana to the game with new positions. They might still be peasants or they may have entirely new roles. They can return immediately, but they will not receive their roles until Night III.

Tbh I'd be much more comfortable finishing off Bard, after that stunt he pulled. But since there's a teenie tiny chance he's not doing the same thing again,

Hold the phone here. Why on God's Earth are you trusting Bardothren when he quite literally just lied to you the previous day phase? It seems highly likely that either he isn't Bran or he's using his role status to convince people to kill those he believes are threats.

Even if he is Bran, he shouldn't know my role - only my alignment.

If you people are trusting him that is a pretty stupid move. It's the same as how everyone was following Klippy blindly whenever he said something in Blarz.

All jokes aside - Bard has no reason to avoid lynching to extend his life "by a day" with false accusations. Now, I'm not saying I'm trusting him, but I don't think it's worth using a lynch on a guy who is dead come this night phase. Plus, on the CHANCE that he's right and you are a wight - then that means there's a 50/50 that you're the white walker (assuming you'd appear as a wight for alignment).

Mind you, that's pure odds without taking into account that the White Walker might seek to convert the most experienced mafia player here (you). So to me, it kind of does make sense that you're a simple wight. But it slows the White Walker's progress of amassing an ice-army by 2 nights. I think?

edit: well I guess it helps Bard and the Starks to keep him alive during the day phase so he can investigate one more time before the disease kills him. However, I don't think his information would even be able to leave him?

The spit disease thing from Shireen infected Bran. Shireen's ability is one that can only be used on specific players (eg Bard), not on a character (Bran). So therefore Shireen used the spit thing on Bard, and the night post said Bran was spat on so Bard = Bran.

So Bard is definitely Bran. But whether he's telling the truth or not? That's a different story. I am inclined to trust him at this point though. [Kill] gimmepie
 
I'm unsure if any of this could by lies, but I'm willing to take the risk, I suppose. And, as stated above, Bard is definitely Bran, so if he is telling us the truth, then it is correct information.

IF Bardo is really Bran, how did he know GP's role? The OP said that Bran would only divine a player's alignment (House / unaligned)

If Bard's word is to be trusted, and if I'm understanding him correctly - the White Walker is creating an additional faction of minions that follow him. Their alignment (coincidentally, their role name as well) is classified as Wight. It is presumable that the White Walker him(her)self is also classified the same way.

This is of course, assuming Bard isn't lying here. Which obviously we'll all take with a grain of salt here.
