    This time you're deciding between Noctowl and Snivy! Both have proved to be very cunning Pokemon, which one do you think is the best?​
     
    Noctowl all the way. Snivy's kinda cool too but has terrible evolutions.
     
    Can I get mah some shiny plox? I don't like Smugleaf anyways, so I had no trouble choosing between the two. I just hope Snivy gets experience vs. Elesa.
     
    This was a very difficult decision for me. On one side you've got Smugleaf with that adorable smug personality that just screams "I'm better than you". On the other side you've got Noctowl, perhaps one of Ash's most BA Pokemon ever. I'll admit that I've recently forgotten its existence but making this thread has made me realize how amazing Noctowl truly is. It's ashame he's so ignored, but at least he did great in the Sinnoh League!

    Sorry Smugs, this one's going to Noctowl.
     
    I actually like Snivy better than Noctowl because her personality was more developed than Noctowl's was. Noctowl's intelligence wasn't touched on much since it was caught.
     
    I have to say, I love both of them.
    Snivy's smugleaf personality, that smile on its face, just screams "Try to beat me."
    Noctowl, on the other hand, was more calm, but is very strong and can hold its own in battle.
    My vote goes for Noctowl, mainly because of all its wins. My vote could change in the future, if Snivy does rack in more wins.
     
    I'll go with Snivy for now, but I think I'll have to rethink it if it ever evolves since its evolutions don't seem to suit Ash's team. I do like how Snivy acts like the leader of the rest of the Pokemon and actually has personality. Noctowl was great in battle but we never really got to see it be itself, other than its debut.
     
    Noctowl. But only by a bit. Only because it's shiny, and I love shinies. I do wish Ash used it more though.

    Snivy is cool though, nuff said.

    Pretty much what I was going to say. Noctowl had no personality after being caught, and so is only "impressive" because it's a shiny.
     
    snivy is cool! and i really like its last evolution!! greaaat!!
     
    Noctowl. I haven't seen it in a while, but it's just so awesome. Easily the best of Ash's birds imo, beating even May by a little, and she is one top bird.
