Ah now I defenintly don't know what this room is!
but it looks like a Gym and a E4 room at the same time,but the E4 room would not be that plain.
It could still be a Team Plasma office though...mabey...

Iris is an anime-only character as far as I know. She has and probably won't have anything to do with the games considering that we already have a well-appreciated female PC.

They use a similar symbol in the E4. I'm not gonna post the image but the link is below. Maybe she is an E4. I don't know. Guess we'll have to play the game to find out.

Also, the logo in Lance's room sported similar colors so if the pattern is to be followed, she could be the Champion.

Except that Barry was actually in the games first and made it to the anime. Iris seems to be anime-only at the moment. Watch, they introduce her in the third gen V game.
 
Champion seems like the most possible position for her, but she looks like E4 to me.
I mean that room seems like a champion room to me, but it got an obvious downgrade. I can say however that SHE WILL NOT BE A PLASMA ADMIN, you can quote me on that.

I hope they include other races as well. Hispanics, Indians, Arabs, Native Americans will really make New York, New York.

I dunno, if that's the elite four... it looks really different and I dislike it. Though looking at it, it has the setup, but... idk it's too empty.

I think what's in the back unlocks something. It sort of looks like a map of Isshu.

I mean, since she's in an office-type room, a Leader or E4 Member is doubtable.
I doubt she's a teacher... but that's just me.
Going back to the Plasma speculation, I think there's scope for that. Sure, DPPt didn't have a mugshot for even Cyrus, but look at HGSS- all of the Rocket Executives had their own mugshots. I personally think she's an Admin (or maybe even Leader) of Team Plasma.

(And for those who think I'm making 'Team Plasma' up, no, I read on Serebii that it has been confirmed as the team in this game).

Well the stairs lead somewhere so she might actually be an E4 member...
 
she's got to be E4 but the room is so plain...
I like the idea of stairs instead of doors if she is e4

Yeah,Me and dragonomega have already said that she might be a high ranking Team Plasma member.
I think she is a high ranking member not the leader,because the guy with crown looks like he is going to be the leader.
